Great solution Just in the middle of Edinburgh main attractions
Pros:

Kindness and availability of all personnel. Position, just few minutes walking to CBD and waterfront to the harbour. Cleaness of room.

Cons:

for that price level and acknowledgement of the hotel brand,i would have expected something more in terms of services in the room: for instace, a small fridge and some welcome gifts. a double room with only one chair seemed to poor.
