Not sure that much could have been added to make our stay better. Staff, facilities were just fine.
Pros:

For sure, the responsive staff made for a fine stay. The breakfast options provided an adequate variety of items. Facilities (pool, exercise room) were excellent.

Cons:

Not much, for what we needed.

Clean and close.

The location was fantastic, close to everything that we needed

Cons:

Our room was particularly small. We booked, and paid, the exact same as another family, and our room was significantly smaller.

Cons:

The hotel is very clean, but Rosaline at the front desk was very racist. I am from another country, and she was not kind to me; she told me I didn't have a reservation. If you stay at the hotel, ask for Davids—don't speak to Rosaline.

Pros:

We had a wonderful time in Chicago. We liked the fact that you could have breakfast and the indoor pool was very pleasant. The staff was good and very friendly too. Thanks again and take care.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort. The pool was nice for the kids. Staff were pleasant.
Pros:

The location was good - close to many places.

Cons:

The breakfast was adequate. It was what you'd expect of an average hotel breakfast - nothing great. Orange juice from machine was really watery. Eggs were "institutional" like - watery.

Pros:

The woman that checked us in was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was better than most hotels.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin. We didn't get much sleep. The people in the room next to us were coughing and sneezing and in and out of the bathroom all night. We heard every bit of it, unfortunately. Also, the pillows are so flat and uncomfortable.
