Pros:

I checked in the property, and I did a mistake while booking and booked 2 separate single beds as opposed to a queen bed, as my requirement. This was however was resolved at the front desk itself. The overall stay was cozy and comfortable. The room was clean but few things which I noticed were : one bed side lamp was not working and the door stopper in the bathroom was broken. Apart from this the overall stay was excellent. Housekeeping was excellent and the daily housekeeping left the room feeling fresh as day one.

Cons:

The in house restaurant Kava, left a lot to be desired. I opted the half spread i.e. Breakfast and Dinner (buffet) included. The breakfast was good with ample choices in cuisines but the dinner left a lot to be desired. The food was okay in taste and didn't justified the price tag. The restaurant staff although were very courteous and accommodating and hats off to them.

Great but could have been better.

Great property! Superb location

Cons:

The staff could have been a bit more proactive in knowing the details of the folks checking in.
The booking involved premium rooms higher than 9th floor, however, the rooms provided were on the 5th floor.
The booking also involved some complementary drinks but they were never offered.
