The location of the hotel is very nice. The staff also are nice. But....
My daughter got sick at night. We requested that a doctor sees her at the hotel. But they did not take the initiative to call a doctor and asked us to go to hospital. Instead of providing us a hotel car to go to hospital, they book a Uber. To return to hotel we had to look for a cab.
As a resident of the hotel, I believed that somehow they could have showed some compassion.

I am at the hotel as I'm writing this review. We checked in on 16th April .On the very first day ,we received dirty towels and malfunctioning AC.When we raised our concern ,towels were changed but AC was not rectified. We came to understand this at night....but it was late and we decided to adjust.Today,we went out at 6am in the morning and requested for room cleanup.Upon arrival at the hotel at 3pm we saw that the room was still not clean!!Reply of the Manager was a kind of mechanised one'I totally understand your concern and we are very sorry'.
I have stayed in Marriott hotels and this was by far the worst experience ever!Total and complete indifference towards customer comfort!!
