Compared to what I have seen in Taiwain the breakfast at this hotel is indeed very good. It is more towards the European style, which is good sometimes.
When I had a problem with my room, the staff changed it to a different one, which was apparently a deluxe version with much more space.
Pillows were very good)

Cons:

For this kind of hotel you would be surprised to see that the only thing they have in the bathrooms is the soap. No toothbrush, toothpaste or any other bathroom consumables. I was surprised with that

The staff spoke English and was very accommodating with any requests made throughout my family’s three week stay. Mostly they made sure my request to be close to my family was honored and we were across from each other for ease of access. Clean and Crisp linens, comfortable air conditioned rooms, generously supplied bottled water, soothing rain shower and ezy to use bidet, Nespresso coffee, free snacks, housekeeping cleaning consistency and hotel safety are some of my top compliments. Breakfast is delicious, especially the French toast (soufflé) and diy congee bar.

Cons:

Nothing I couldn’t live without, but if I had to pick an issue would be Lack of drawer space for an extended stay, and the lighting is so confusing and a bit too ambient at times. Nothing really to complain about as this was not marketed as an extended stay hotel. Mostly soundproof from the city, but some upper floor chairs make noise while being moved as they are wood on a tile/non carpeted floor.

Probably one of the best hotel in town.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, probably the best I've every stayed. We booked the 1 King premium room and it was ridiculously room!
The day arrived at the facility there was a bit of rain. And to my surprise one staff immediately handed me a towel to dry up. Mind you it's not even heavy downpour.
Fantastic staff, great location, and exceptional room!

An excellent hotel with good value in many ways
Pros:

The location is right next to Central Park MRT station and also a few stops away from the International Airport. It’s very convenient to travel to other places. The Central Park is just opposite the hotel, so it’s a good place to stretch your legs after getting off the plane.

The room is spacious and clean. We particularly like the decor of the room- very stylish. The curtains in the room are excellent, which is very effective to black out the lights from outside- very good for
sleeping if you like a dark room. Staff are
friendly and helpful. The free drinks at the lobby from 5:30pm to 6:30pm is a big plus after a day out!
