Cons:

Funcionários mal educados. A recepção informou que por termos reservado pelo booking eles não poderiam disponibilizar o quarto conforme a reserva e que tambem nao sabiam quais eram o quartos com a configuração solicitada. Um dos recepcionista criou uma dificuldade muito grande na nossa chegada ao hotel, mas que eu entendi posteriormente o motivo. Ele quis criar essa dificuldade para nos vender uma facilidade. Disse que tem apartamentos para locação de Airbnb e que seria melhor e mais barato do que a hospedagem no hotel. Essa ação foi presenciada por todo o grupo que nos acompanhava pois ocorreu no momento do check-in. As instalações são boas, mas a minha nota pesa no quesito humano.

Um paraíso dentro de Porto Seguro, perfeito para descansar, se divertir e passar os dias de descanso, atendimento, limpeza em dia e muita comida boa!!

Apesar de pequena, tem uma academia para se exercitar.
Custo benefício vale a pena

Cons:

A comida do hotel (pratos executivos) não são tão bons, mas quebram um galho.
Sim da piscina fica alto no período da noite mesmo com a piscina vazia e precisa deixar o quarto bem fechado para não entrar o som.

Estamos em uma época onde há muitos diagnósticos de intolerância alimentar. Senti falta de produtos no cardápio para intolerantes à lactose. O cuscuz sempre estava muito seco. Todos os dias era servido molho de salsicha.
