Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Frühstück, hervorragendes Abendessen, sehr gut ausgestattetes und schönes Zimmer, schöner Wellness- und Poolbereich, gutes Parkplatzangebot, sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, was den überaus positiven Gesamteindruck des Hotels aber nicht mindert.

Pros:

Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut.
Personal sehr freundlich und das Hotel sehr gepflegt und sauber. Schallschutzfenster ermöglichten eine ruhige Nacht trotz Straße - Klimaanlage sehr gut.

Das beste Preis-Leistungsverhätnis seit langem
Pros:

Der Service, das Personal, die Lage , die großen Zimmer und natürlich das Essen :)

Cons:

Es war alles Top . Eventuell ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre gut .

Einfach Perfekt!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war super geräumig und sehr schön. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Mitarbeiter/innen waren stets zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Aufenthalt war für uns einfach nur perfekt!
Die Poolanlage ist auch wunderschön. Zudem kann man kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen, mit dem man super in die Innenstadt kommt. Der Service den man dort bekommt, habe ich sonst noch nirgends erlebt!

Cons:

Keine Verbesserungsvorschläge.

Vacanza per festeggiare il sessantesimo compleanno
Pros:

L'hotel si trova a qualche kilometro a nord di Bressanone, la fermata del bus è a pochi metri dall'hotel. Pur avendo l'auto abbiamo preferito usare i mezzi pubblici per sfruttare al meglio la Sudtirol Brixen Card.
L'abbazia di Novacella è praticamente dietro all'hotel, volendo la si può visitare andandoci a piedi. Visita consigliata!
La colazione era eccellente: salumi, formaggi, frutta, dolci, yogurt, succhi...tutto fresco e a disposizione. Tutto lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e premuroso ad ogni richiesta nostra.
Non abbiamo provato il ristorante, sarà per la prossima volta.
L'hotel dispone di una piscina in parte interna in parte esterna, con vicina una sauna. Ma c'è anche una zona spa adults only con 2 saune, 1 bagno turco e la zona relax. E' utilizzabile su richiesta: per potervi accedere basta chiedere alla reception ed in mezz'ora è pronta per l'uso.
La camera e il bagno erano molto spaziosi, non ci è mai capitato di soggiornare in camere così ampie.

Cons:

La climatizzazione della camera sarebbe da migliorare, ma capiamo che la zona di Bressanone forse non è abituata alle ondate di calore come quella di fine giugno 2026 (fino a 38 gradi di giorno). L'aria condizionata non è installata ma c'era un ventilatore a disposizione.

Pros:

ontbijt erg uitgebreid en goed. 's avonds kon je eten a la carte, maar tot 21.00 uur bestellen. Dat had de ober niet gezegd waardoor het desert niet meer besteld mocht worden.
badkamer schoon en mooi. Zwembad fijn en ook blij dat er geen alcohol gedronken werd in het zwembad dat was vorige keer niet fijn met een grote groep mensen.

Sehr schön, habe schon den nächsten Aufenthalt dort gebucht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut - alles frisch und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage ist praktisch und Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Was mich sehr gestört hat. Die Poolzeiten wurden nicht eingehalten. Als ich morgens während der offiziellen Öffnungszeit am Pool war, war der Außenpool noch geschlossen und das Personal hat erst mit Reinigungsarbeiten im SPA-Bereich angefangen - dadurch konnte man sich dort nicht entspannen. Erst nach einem Anruf meinerseits an der Rezeption wurde der Pool geöffnet. Hier wäre etwas mehr Verlässlichkeit bei den Zeiten wünschenswert.
