Pros:

Limpo ( zero cheiro de mofo), o que é um diferencial para mim, organizado e com a localização perfeita.

Cons:

A única ressalva é não ter tela de proteção na varanda.

Pros:

O prédio fica em uma localização ótima e a infraestrutura do complexo também é muito boa. A vista do apartamento é linda! O chuveiro e o secador de cabelos também eram muito bons. O anfitrião também foi bem atencioso e o check In e o checkout foram bem rápidos.

Cons:

Achei que o mobiliário precisa de manutenção e a cama de casal poderia ser maior. Mas o pior foi a falta total de black out no quarto menor e também em uma janela menor da sala/quarto. Muito ruim acordar tão cedo por conta da claridade.

Não voltaria, pelo preço há apartamentos melhores na cidade.

A localização é excelente, estacionamos gratuito.

Cons:

Os móveis são muito velhos, o sofá é velho sem conforto, a varanda estava muito quente por causa do ar quente que os 2 condensadores do ar condicionado soltavam. O piso do apartamento está muito feio. Cerâmica quebrada no box do banheiro.
Pelo preço acha-se apartamento com custo benefício mais atrativo na cidade.

La vista del departamento era fabulosa, vista al mar, una terraza amplia y perfecta para disfrutar la vista. La ubicación era muy buena, cerca de todo, todo muy bien aseado y cómodo, sábanas y toallas blancas en perfecto estado. La atención del anfitrión fue muy amable.

Cons:

Faltó una sandwichera, un sartén pequeño en buenas condiciones, el que había estaba todo rayado y desgastado, un filtro de agua habría sido de gran utilidad.

Muito além do que imaginava!
Pros:

Apartamento com uma localização excelente perto de tudo , o prédio em si é um local muito seguro,luxuoso e com uma vista linda para a praia pela varanda, dentro do prédio tem várias piscinas, academia, dois mercados,uma lanchonete e o conforto sem dúvidas me atendeu tranquilamente,dentro do apartamento possui ar condicionado, chuveiros quentes e uma rede na varanda,então é um apartamento que indicaria e voltaria sem dúvida com minha família!
