Pros:

Camas confortáveis, tudo muito limpinho. Gostei muito do fato de ter microondas, sanduicheira, frigobar, ou seja, você pode levar alimentos e consumir tranquilamente no seu flat.

Quando contratei dizia que tinha secador de cabelo, contudo não tinha. Quando pedi ao locatário para tentar conseguir ele ficou indiferente e não resolveu.
