Pros:

運氣好 訂背包房用整間房間 客服人員親切 12點才退房 很好

Cons:

背包房的床架沒有完全跟牆壁貼合 選上鋪的話手機耳機等等小東西很容易掉到下舖去🫠 這蠻困擾的 建議改善 廁所沒有備用的衛生紙
枕頭超級軟 兩顆都不夠用
鐵梯子超級窄 兩隻腳都沒辦法站在同一格 要爬上床很困擾 踩椅子上下還比較快且方便 上鋪護欄的鐵架甚至有螺絲沒鎖 品質蠻堪憂的
洗衣機應該是國外的 連個中文標示都沒有🥲 洗跟烘是分開的 一次50
明明可以給我下舖 但是因為沒有整理沒辦法給我🙂‍↕️

很爛很爛的旅社 被員工突然闖入的恐懼還想趕客人走的恐懼(員工教育素質有待加強)隨隨便便闖入客人房間不道歉還理直氣壯要趕客人走永遠不會入住了

房間不錯地點好

Cons:

員工服務非常糟糕.這間電我住了三四次每次都很糟糕(因為地點不錯價格公道)第一次按我房門要我身分證.一開始入住就給了這次還要一次我懷疑是有詐不同意(當時我圍浴巾準備睡覺了)還有要客人簽約(我也拒絕了我說沒有一間旅社要客人特別簽約的而且賓客網上也沒特別說明)第二次入住我提醒他們身分證不給第二次而且我隔天參加路跑要很早起床搭車沒有十分重要的是不要敲我房門.他們還堅持沒有亂敲客人防這件事情.第四次最可惡員工直接闖入(好像故意安排沒有鎖的房間給我們).我們驚叫櫃台給我們換房間還大罵不想住可以退錢(想趕我們走臨時我們去住哪兒)我說你有誠意就給我們免費想趕我們走不可能
