صلالة أوروبا الخليج وتستحق الزيارة .
Pros:

1- الموقع ، حيث يحيط المنتجع أهم المشاهد الجمالية كالبحر والأشجار .
2- النظافة وخلوه تماماً من أي حشرات وبالذات الباعوض نظراً لوجود البحر والشجر فمن الطبيعي وجوده ، لكن ماشاءالله لا توجد حشرات وهذا يدل على اهتمام المنتجع بالدرجة الأولى على النظافة.
3- قرب المنتجع من المطار فهو يبعد نصف ساعة فقط.
4- وجود ضيافة من فاكهة وجوز الهند والذي ينتشر كأشجار بمنطقة صلالة وهذا ما يميزها .
5- موظفو الاستقبال وأخص بالشكر الأخت أميمة في غاية اللطف والابتسامة هي ما ستجدونه على وجهها دائماً.
5- المرشد السياحي الأخ / حسين في قمة الاحترام والثقافة واشكر المنتجع على اختيارهم له .

- طلبت تمديد فترة الخروج من المنتجع حتى الساعة الثامنة مساءا نظراً لأن رحلة عودتي لقطر ستكون قبل منتصف الليل بساعة وحاول موظف الاستقبال مساعدتي بسؤال إدارة المنتجع الذين وافقوا بشرط أن ادفع نصف ليلة إضافية ، ولكنني رفضت مما اضطرني لقبول التأخير لساعة واحدة بعد الثانية عشرة ظهراً مجاناً ، بالرغم من أنني شخصية معروفة .
- موسم الخريف لهذه السنة لم تكن هناك أمطار ولا شلالات بل كانت الحرارة المرتفعة والرطوبة العالية هي التي تتصدر المشهد ، وقد يرجع هذا لحضوري بنهاية شهر يوليو وأتمنى من الله عز وجل أن يبدأ الموسم بداية أغسطس ليستمتع الزوار بالمناظر الجميلة .

Well-trained staff, extremely motivated to provide best possible service with everything.

Not up to usual Anantara quality and luxury standards but same price
Pros:

Property is located in an amazing beach area although far from any other location at Salalah

Cons:

Although following Anantara look and feel, hotel looks bit odd. Main restaurant was under renovation causing crowds at breakfast and dinner time. Buffet was average and not up to the cost of it.

beach service, good location

Cons:

The hotel is in dire need of renovation. For a 5-star hotel, the rooms are very old, with broken furniture. The room overlooks the garden, where fertilizer had been spread. The smell was terrible for two days. The spa is very old and in need of repair. The breakfasts are monotonous and stale. The restaurant in the evening was a complete disappointment. The price and quality don't match.
