It was quiet and a nice stay for what we needed
Pros:

Location was reasonable close to all amenities and the two ladies that where on site where very helpful in sorting everything out for us in phoneing you and helping us to get to the room and they were very nice people

Great location but terrible bed
Pros:

Great location and parking facilities. The lady i spoke to on the phone was lovely and accommodated an early check in. Shower room was large and the accommodation was clean.

Cons:

Very cheap mattress. Dated decor. Bed linen cheap. Mattress was very springy and woke up with terrible backache. We were booked for 2 nights but the bed was so bad we went home after 1. No fridge and a random table in room that was unusable as no chairs.

There was leaves all over the bed and floor on arrival also mould on the pillows a strong smell of sewage at night unable to close the window due to how hot the room was

The telly was connected up properly so we couldn't watch telly in the room. Privacy covers on the windows so we had no view.

It’s not too far from the beach and entertainment and there’s a 10/10 food place next to it

Cons:

It was dusty and the spoon they provided was still dirty like it was used also where was the staff ? couldn’t even get hold of them for ages

Steep steps to get to the room and dangerous to ascend. Room not clean. Dirty skirting boards ;carpet not hoovered properly. Very low ceiling so kept hitting my head when trying to get where the bed was. Bed 3/4 not double and could touch bed end wirh my feet. Towels smelt clean but bedding not so. Taps in bathroom and toilet not seen bleach in years. Very disappointed in what we paid for 2 nighrs . Could have got a Premier inn cheaper and alot cheaper. Wont stay there again.

Would never book this hotel again for £70 per night we should have been able to stay in a clean pleasant room would neve

Cons:

The rooms were disgustingly filthy and full of mould the bed sheets were stained the mattress had ruined stains on it ! Before sleeping on the bed we had to go up to the market and buy blankets to go over the horrible state underneath it and the smell was foul !! We payed £70 a night and ended up leaving Saturday afternoon after deciding spending another night in that room wasn’t fit complete waste of money !

Great little place for a seaside stay

Good location right on the main bus route from Ingoldmells to Skegness, very clean and nice smelling room, extremely comfy beds!
