Loved the room size and configuration. The view of the lake was worth the upgrade cost.
No conditioner or lotion in bathroom. Fixtures were empty. Breakfast was adequate.

View of the lake was amazing! The rooms were clean
I know it’s difficult to stay on top of the shower dispenser bottles but this is the second time I’ve stayed in a Hampton Inn property and the bottles are empty.

La ubicación junto al lago, y el personal muy atento y dispuesto a solucionar los inconvenientes que se presentaron.
El interior del hotel y sobretodo la habitación muy sucias, tuvimos un percance, las dos sábanas nórdicas con manchas oscuras en las dos camas por el interior, pero el señor de recepción se disculpó y las cambio.
Eso no quita que es hotel esté sobrevalorado ya que todo está muy viejo sucio y roto.
Beautiful views with great outdoor space right on the lake
The location right on Keuka Lake was amazing. The staff was also great. The rooms were very quiet and we even had a room near the elevator and never heard anyone. Breakfast also had good variety.
Only one minor thing- the on-site restaurant was closed during our stay.
Everything was fantastic.
That we were only there for one night.
The hotel was nice, room was spacious and clean. The location was great directly on the lake and walking distance from a couple of restaurant.
The pool was ok...however, the door connecting the pool to the outside yard, was not unlocking with the hotel card as it was supposed to.
Although the hotel is showing its age a little, it is very well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and we’d love to come back

Das Essen war sehr gut. Der Keuka Outlet Trail ist sehr schön!
Kein Strand in der Nähe. Baden ist nicht vorgesehen, geht aber mit Wasserschuhen.
Frühstück mit Papptellern und Plastikbesteck, wenig frisches, kein Gemüse, außer Äpfeln kein Obst, dafür viel Süßkram.
Aber Rührei mit Würstchen :-)
Nur ein einziger Wanderweg in der Nähe (zum Seneca Lake) mit einer Brauerei (sehr schön).
Ansonsten kommt man an den See nicht ran. Alles mit Privatgrundstücken zugebaut (Pivate Property) und kein zugängiger Weg nahe am See, man muss als Wanderer die Straßen nutzen.

Air conditioner was making noise to the level that you can't sleep so had to turn it off. Room 414
Was paying for air conditioning and do not have for the night.
Went to the reception desk but the guy there said that the hotel fully booked and they don't have a maintenance guy on site so he can't help.
This ruined the whole experience as we came for 1 night to sleep overnight and paid over 300$. Definitely not worth it.
