Great location (especially when catching an early bus to Machu Picchu), friendly staff, smooth check-in / -out and luggage storage

Cons:

As mentioned by other guests, the rooms have a lot of glass walls which can only be closed by curtains (i.e. rooms remain very light) and one can hear the other guests as well as the train, we also had some insects in the room and the flush of the toilet did not work.
