Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water, and breakfast was great.
We happened to be there on two nights of major festivities and political rallies in the main square, so it was really noisy well past midnight. The elevator broke on our second evening, and we were on the fifth floor, so getting bags up and down was a little bit of a hassle, but the hotel staff were more than willing to help when asked. We were looking forward to the hot tub, but its only filled by request, takes an hour to fill, and can only be used until 9pm, so by the time we were back from our hikes and dinner, it was always too late to access it.

Room had a great view and comfy bed. The breakfast was a nice start to the day. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
Good location
We had a room on 4th floor, anyway the room was very dark. There is no glass partition in the shower, bathroom was full of water after a shower. On top of that there were lots of ants in bathroom. Poor breakfast

Perfect location, very very good breakfast and lovely hosts
Great location, comfortable bedding. We had a big room (we were upgraded) with a balcony that had magnificent views. The staff were very helpful & met us at the train station & assisted us in getting our suitcases to the hotel.
Breakfast was sufficient
We had 2 rooms, one of which had no hot water & some of the power points did not work. Staff attempted to fix.
