Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired. The hot food was not good, the eggs rubbery and hash browns so dry. This was really the only thing wrong with the hotel. Chose to eat out for breakfast on the second day.

It is nice and very clean

Cons:

We’ll we came to check out today. And got double charged, they charged my credit card upon checking in and when we checked out they asked to ask my friend to pay for it. So we got double charged. So disappointing. We came back and they said it was pre authorize when we check in, but that never happened before when we check in here. I just don’t like how the staff in the receptionist did that and make my friend payed instead of paying it in the card that was kn the file.

Clean, Nice but itchy and mechanical noises
Pros:

The staff were great, the rooms were very clean and nice! Great location.

Cons:

The bed was so itchy, I wanted to scratch my whole body off. Then all night the building was making extremely loud noises, like huge bangs almost like pipes or a furnace and it was constantly happening every 20-30 minutes. Kept us up all night.
