Pros:

Professional and friendly staff of receptionists and the cleaning service- every day they changed the set towels and cleaning room. Very good quality the swimming pool and the great view to the city from the rooftop. The room have enough space for the pair. There were the good working AC. The breakfast was very tasty and was served as a buffet ( salty and sweet patries etc). We highly recommend this place.

Séjour en ville bien placé dans un hôtel agréable avec accueil à revoir
Pros:

Le rooftop avec piscine et bar à cocktails est incroyable ! Le personnel qui y travaille fait tout pour que vous passiez un moment unique. La chambre est propre et moderne, très appréciable.

Cons:

L’accueil a été catastrophique, même pas un « bonjour », ni en italien, ni en français, ni en anglais ! J’ai dû demander au concierge si qqch n’allait pas ? Dès que ce dernier a vu notre voiture, il a prétexté des travaux dans le souterrain et nous a facturé 50€ pour un parking pour véhicule de luxe ! Même comportement au petit déjeuner, un e antipathie sans précédent ! C’est dommage, l’hôtel est vraiment bien placé et soigné.
Enfin, il serait judicieux d’ajouter des parasols au bord de la piscine.
