Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, in allen belangen - wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.
Pros:

Hotel liegt perfekt im Stadtzentrum. Trotz Nähe zum Zentrum ist es sehr ruhig. Auf der Terrasse im 6.Stock war das Ambiente, wie der Sonnenuntergang grandios.
Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr sauber und neuwertig🤩.

Excelente terraza y trato de recepción.
Pros:

La terraza del hotel es fantástica. Hotel recién reformado y con buenas instalaciones y limpieza. Lo malo que solo había bar en la terraza unas pocas horas y a las 20h la cerraban. El desayuno incluido es correcto. La ubicación muy buena, cerca del tranvía y la estación Santa Maria Novella. Restaurantes y el Mercato Centrale al lado. La recepción muy atenta.

Cons:

La zona es un poco ruidosa y con mucho jaleo, y por las noches no muy segura. Hay obras en la calle y edificio de enfrente. Aunque destacar que está bien ubicado y comunicado.

Pros:

Excelentes instalações, muito limpo e cheiroso. Bem localizado, perto do centro histórico e da estação central. Óptimos restaurantes perto. Mercato Centrale ao lado.
Funcionária do check in e check out muito atenciosa e prestável.
Pequeno almoço muito completo e agradável.

Pros:

Location great for what we needed. Close/short walk to train and ~10 minute walk to main sights. The area on the street right around the hotel is fine, but it’s better to take a 5 minute walk toward the historic center for better restaurant options and vibes.
