Staff were lovely. Breakfast excellent. Room a little small.
Amazing location in the middle of Bridgerton! City very walkable from this hotel. Back of hotel (where are room was) overlooks a park and is very peaceful at night. Very comfy bed. Lovely staff. Great breakfast.
Nothing really. Though it was quite pricey.
Such a unique and beautiful property - with wonderful little touches. The record player in our room with a range of vinyl to play as well as the pantry on the second floor with a range of snacks! Breakfast was also delicious!
Bar was pretty pricey - but a good range of drinks and cocktails.
location; ambience; pantry; staff/service.
bedroom (#2) we were given was tiny and tired. not really in keeping with the price tag,
The hotel’s greatest strengths remain its location. Situated within easy walking distance of Bath’s centre, it’s an excellent base from which to explore the city. The breakfast team were outstanding throughout our stay—friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming—and provided the kind of hospitality that was missing elsewhere in the experience. Breakfast itself was very good, and the spacious bathroom, with both a good bath and shower, was one of the room’s stronger features. The building still has plenty of charm and remains an attractive place to stay.
What once felt vibrant, quirky and full of personality now feels strangely hollow. The playful eccentricity that originally made No. 15 such a memorable place to stay has largely disappeared, and without a visible front-of-house presence or host to bring the hotel to life, the experience feels transactional rather than boutique. The deliberately Spartan rooms, which once seemed part of the charm, now risk feeling like an “Emperor’s New Clothes” proposition—guests are asked to admire simplicity that no longer feels especially clever or luxurious. At over £600 for two nights, the gap between price and experience has become difficult to ignore.
Grand and quirky. We had bedroom, separate lounge and bathroom with separate bath.
Close proximity to city centre and restaurants.
I'd loved the decoration everywhere and the little details like the pantry on the second floor.
The personal were very kind and pleasant.
The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic.
The coach room is spacious and cosy but too dark for my taste.
We brought our little dog so it was convenient for us to be at the back of the hotel with easy access to Henrietta park for a quick stroll.
On the other hand, I would have like to have a room with more natural light.
The picture at booking shows a room with two windows that weren't there; there was just a tiny one looking the car parking.
The hotel was extremely easy to find, about 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. Great location, only a short walk to lots of restaurants and cute little pubs/bars and also central to the tourist attractions.
When I arrived and checked in, I was informed I'd been given a free upgrade and the room was STUNNING. Brilliant size, really nice touches such as a record player, Bluetooth radio, and a cute little house stocked with teas, coffees, and hot chocolates. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, it was quiet, had an A/C unit if needed and great products in the shower. They even provide you with a Dyson hairdryer in the room which (I'm a hairdresser so was very appreciative of this) was great. Dried my hair in no time!
The staff member who showed me to my room also informed me about "The Pantry" which is located on the second floor which is stocked with freshly baked goods, crisps, popcorn, ice cream and cold drinks all included within the price of your stay! I have to say, this was my first stop after such a long journey.
The bar area was comfortable and very chilled serving plenty of choices of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. I was never pushed to leave in the evening and was allowed to take my drinks to my room each evening if I wanted.
Breakfast was AMAZING. So much to choose from which is all cooked fresh to order. Freshly squeezed fruit juices were also available to help yourself to.
Every member of staff I came across was so lovely and couldn't do enough. Even the guests were all wonderful and so friendly and chatty.
I could go on all night about how great this hotel is but to sum it up in one, it was hands down THE best hotel I've ever stayed in. The whole experience was wonderful. I would 100% recommend and will not stay anywhere else if I visit Bath again.
Genuinely can not fault this place one bit. I just wish I'd booked to stay longer.
Endroit central très bien situé
Rien
The location was outstanding.
Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast room and delightful bar. Room was very quiet and clean.
?? I liked everything
Beautiful property, well located, with excellent attentive and friendly staff
Great property, no negative issues
lovely room with view over Bath to the Crescent. Very clean.
I felt the hotel should have alerted me in advance if my stay of the need to book spa treatments in advance. There were none available when I arrived.
