One of our favourite hotel experiences ever - I’d stay again in a heartbeat!
Pros:

Totally wowed by this place and our experience. Not only is the hotel itself beautifully designed and well considered, it’s on a picturesque street in central Bath. All staff went above and beyond. We had a complimentary upgrade to a suite, and because it was my little boys 5th birthday, they put a complimentary bottle of bubbles in the room for the parents and put up a teepee tent with toys for my little boy. Our little dog also got a welcome pack of treats, toys and essentials, as well as her own bed. The complimentary pantry was also an added bonus - unlimited popcorn, crisps, fruit, sweets, biscuits, ice cream and cans of Cawston Press. My little boy was very happy!

Very enjoyable short break in a very pleasant hotel.
Pros:

Great location and with parking on site.

Cons:

A larger choice of cereals at breakfast would have been appreciated and also croissants. A draught beer in the bar would have improved the options.

A Great Chain!
Pros:

Really decent small chain this in my humble opinion. The Bath version, on a fantastic street, which is well located, was as consistent as the York hotel. Would return for sure.

A great spot on a lovely Bath street.
Pros:

Lovely place. Been to the one in York previously. Great location. Room in coach house was really nice - good for our two dogs as well! Would recommend, not cheap, but where is!

Goed doch enigszins tegenvallend.
Pros:

Het personeel tijdens het ontbijt was zeer vriendelijk, de kamer netjes en rustig gelegen. De airco was zeker een plus!

Cons:

Het inchecken verliep zeer stroef en weinig vriendelijk. Bovendien werd ons tijdens het inchecken gevraagd op welk exact tijdstip we zouden willen ontbijten. Wij vonden dat een zeer rare vraag die wij tot dan nooit eerder had gehad en waarop we eigenlijk niet wilden antwoorden omdat we met vakantie zijn en gaan ontbijten als we wakker zijn. Dat kan dus vroeg of laat zijn, of ergens daar tussenin. Blijkbaar is er ook geen buffet bij het ontbijt maar een menu. Misschien dat sommige mensen dat leuk vinden, maar wij vonden dit geen meerwaarde, integendeel. Er was parking mogelijkheid, echter was deze slechts voor enkele auto's en tijdens ons verblijf was deze reeds volboekt. Er was geen haardroger en dat had ik nog nooit eerder meegemaakt in een hotel. Het hotel wordt op Booking.com aangekondigd als 5 sterren, echter komt dat niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Ik ben in mijn leven al vaak in 5 sterren hotel hotels geweest, maar dit voldoet helemaal niet aan die normen. 3 sterren lijkt me eerder een correcte weergave van dit hotel.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

What a lovely hotel, in a fantastic location 8 mins easy walk right into the main attractions. The staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful. The pantry with complimentary food a drink was especially useful for an afternoon snack. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Amazing first stay
Pros:

Quite regular visitors to Bath but first time at number 15. Amazing experience, starting with incredible email comms about a few queries.

We stayed at the coach house, at the rear. My wife is a light sleeper and it was so quiet. Booked parking too, which was to the rear of the property.

Ideally located for town but in a quiet, bespoke neighbourhood. Check in was spot on - lovely warm welcome. We had a pantry just outside our room with sweets, crisps, biscuits and refreshments.

Breakfast was brilliant and superb service. Would stay again and would recommend 💯

Pros:

All. - staff great, beautiful and cosy room, pantry available, great bathroom, we had a great stay.

Cons:

We asked to change the head of the shower that was truly not cleaned.

The whole building would need some refresh and cleaning --e.g. finger prints on the walls, lift ground dirty, we can feel it needs some good paintings, etc... the hotel is adorable, the rooms so cute, with space, etc...but the whole thing would deserve refresh.

Breakfast was not at expectation.
