As this was our wedding day we really wanted our stay to be perfect, and you made it so.

The bike pickup of luggage from the station was much appreciated especially as I only remembered to book it on the morning of our stay.

The room was lovely, everyone working within the hotel was fantastic, the cocktails later in the evening were great, and we really enjoyed the Copper Bath and Spa treatments on 22nd.

You could not have done more to accommodate us and make our stay one to remember so please pass on our thanks to everyone involved.

Truly such an incredible hotel and just the loveliest of staff! The moment you walked in the door, you found you instantly relaxed and felt you were staying at your home away from home.

We stayed with the No15 Team for 4 nights to celebrate my husbands 40th and we cannot tell you enough just how brilliant the hotel was.

Even before our stay, the team went above and beyond to help me with organising surprises for my husband to celebrate his birthday and making recommendations on where to visit and what to see. I would like to say a particular thanks to Ellen and Agnes from the reception team.

The location is truly second to none. Being on Great Pulteney Street puts you just minutes from the heart of the city centre but also in a beautiful, peacefully picturesque location that meant there was no noise from the city life going on just minutes down the road.

We stayed in a larger guest room and golly, what a gorgeous room! The bathroom was equally just as gorgeous and offered both a fantastic waterfall shower as well as a huge bath to pick from.

Housekeeping were brilliant at popping in and out throughout our stay to ensure we were well stocked with fresh towels and that our room was spotlessly clean.

We made use of the restaurant each morning for breakfast where we found there to be such a brilliant range of choices each morning, that we tried a different delicious dish each day.

We also sat and unwound in the bar at the end of the day, either with just a drink or with some snacks as well and used the range of board games the hotel had on offer for guests to use.

The spa is simply a must if you visit; we booked the Copper Room Treatment for Two and the moment we walked into the room, we were wowed by the setup. The massages we had post copper bath were heavenly and truly helped to work out any extra tension so we could completely relax.

We booked the car park right after booking with the team - something you absolutely need to do, as there are only limited spaces - which was secure and behind the hotel and just so handy to have.

We cannot recommend No.15 enough, it is our new home from home in Bath and worth every penny! We will most definitely be staying here in future whenever we visit Bath.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. The hotel was very clean with very comfortable beds and excellent shower. Location is perfect for visiting Bath.
Bath itself is beautiful but is extremely dirty, their council should spend some of the tourist receipts cleaning it up.

Quirky and friendly and fabulous location

Tolle ruhige Lage und trotzdem nur wenige Schritte bis zu den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen und umsorgt gefühlt. Unkomplizierte reibungslose Kommunikation. Wunderschönes liebevoll eingerichtetes Guesthouse. Wir hatten das charmanteste Zimmer im Nebengebäude! Geräumiges Zimmer, bequeme Betten, grosses Badezimmer und eine grandiose complimentary Selfservice Snackbar direkt vor dem Zimmer mit Cookies, Früchten, Popcorn, Crisps, Wasser und weiteren Annehmlichkeiten!
Der vorab reservierte Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus stand auch bereit und war komfortabel zu erreichen.

Excellent Staff and Beautiful Room. The staff went out of their way to grab fans for us as the weather was especially hot when we stayed. The fans saved us. The room was stunning and the bed was super comfortable.

Excellent location and so near to everthing in Bath. It's the perfect place for an upscale stay in Bath. The staff, food, rooms and extra touches were amazing. We'll definitely stay here again

Stunning property and beautifully furnished
Location was excellent to get around the city and peaceful - room in coach house was beautiful and spacious and bed was very confirtable. Nothing to fault in decor and furnishings around the hotel. Breakfast was excelllent with table service for hot foods which is our preference

We stayed here for a night about 10 days ago, and loved it!

Right from the start, the staff could not have been more cheerful, more accommodating and more welcoming. They arranged hotel parking for us (which is well worth booking in advance) and a massage - which was just fabulous.

The location is brilliant. The hotel is just small walk from the centre of Bath, with its shops and restaurants.

And we could not have asked for a better room. It was large, airy and spacious, it has effective air conditioning, but even with the aircon switched off and the window open it didn’t feel too hot in the heatwave. And it was very well appointed - we loved the deep bath, the whacky decorations and the comfy bed.

We also liked the pantry for getting a few nibbles late at night.

In short, we really could not fault this hotel. When we return to Bath we will certainly come back. Thank you!
