It’s alright. Should have mentioned that there was a parking fee on the property.

I like how close it is by the place I’m headed to. Free breakfast. Stays cold. Has good amenities.

Cons:

How difficult it is to turn into the property. How tech support is horrible with Wi-Fi issues. Housekeeping did not clean the room after I left hours ago during the day for a convention. Beds are soft, but I woke up with back pain.

Don’t waste your time
Pros:

We had to switch rooms immediately after checking in because the first room had a terrible odor. The second room wasn't much better. The couch was torn and heavily worn, making the room feel neglected rather than welcoming.

Worst experience ever at a Hilton brand hotel
Pros:

Worst experience for me at a Homewood Suites hotel, actually for a Hilton brand hotel. Found multiple cockroaches in my room-418. The sofa bed springs made the bed uncomfortable and unsleepable. Not greet as Gold member and wasn’t offered my Gold member water and snack. Not what I expected of a Hilton brand.

Staff Ann and jennifer did their best to accommodate for what issues we had\n Very hard workers, very polite. The rest of the staff was either annoyed or troubled with anything. Any customer had to go up to front desk..

Our AC didn't work. We stayed 4 nights, we were told it would get fixed or moved and we didn't. We didn't have towels for 2 days. I had to wait until the next day. The breakfast was okay. However, the eggs had oregano in them or parsley. So the kids couldn't eat it.\n Are refrigerated, didn't work? 2\n Watch TV we had to wait until the TV decided it would turn on\n The shadow guy was sent up as a maintenance and his words exactly where I have no idea about these TV's or that AC.
