We had to switch rooms immediately after checking in because the first room had a terrible odor. The second room wasn't much better. The couch was torn and heavily worn, making the room feel neglected rather than welcoming.
Everything was very nice and clean. This was our second time staying here.

Wish I could have stayed longer
Worst experience for me at a Homewood Suites hotel, actually for a Hilton brand hotel. Found multiple cockroaches in my room-418. The sofa bed springs made the bed uncomfortable and unsleepable. Not greet as Gold member and wasn’t offered my Gold member water and snack. Not what I expected of a Hilton brand.
The front staff were very accommodating a nd friendly. While the room had some minor cleanliness issues, it fit all of our needs for the 2 nights.

Our AC didn't work. We stayed 4 nights, we were told it would get fixed or moved and we didn't. We didn't have towels for 2 days. I had to wait until the next day. The breakfast was okay. However, the eggs had oregano in them or parsley. So the kids couldn't eat it.\n Are refrigerated, didn't work? 2\n Watch TV we had to wait until the TV decided it would turn on\n The shadow guy was sent up as a maintenance and his words exactly where I have no idea about these TV's or that AC.

I like that it was about 20mins from Sea world
The room wasnt clean. It smelt funny and just as you come off the elevator there are these nasty moldy curtains on the windows. The room has a sofa that is torn up in many places, the pillows had stains and the bathroom and sinks were nasty. The entire place looks poorly maintained.
The location was great!! I loved the separate sitting area away from the bedroom, felt like I was at home.
