Pros:

Staff Ann and jennifer did their best to accommodate for what issues we had\n Very hard workers, very polite. The rest of the staff was either annoyed or troubled with anything. Any customer had to go up to front desk..

Cons:

Our AC didn't work. We stayed 4 nights, we were told it would get fixed or moved and we didn't. We didn't have towels for 2 days. I had to wait until the next day. The breakfast was okay. However, the eggs had oregano in them or parsley. So the kids couldn't eat it.\n Are refrigerated, didn't work? 2\n Watch TV we had to wait until the TV decided it would turn on\n The shadow guy was sent up as a maintenance and his words exactly where I have no idea about these TV's or that AC.

Pros:

I like that it was about 20mins from Sea world

Cons:

The room wasnt clean. It smelt funny and just as you come off the elevator there are these nasty moldy curtains on the windows. The room has a sofa that is torn up in many places, the pillows had stains and the bathroom and sinks were nasty. The entire place looks poorly maintained.

This hotel gives Homewood Suites a bad name.
Pros:

Good airport transfer service.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Only two elevators; one was not working, the other needed work as well. This hotel did not meet the standards we would expect for a Hilton Homewood suites.

Wonderful & family friendly!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, staff was friendly and everything was very clean. Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool as well during our stay!
