Pros:

The cottage was nicely set up and was nice, The facilities near the beach is very nice.

Cons:

The cottage was 200 mts away from the beach. There is no intercom or telephone to call the reception for anything, we have to walk 200 mt for anything and everything. The washroom is on the groundfloor and the bedroom on the first floor. The mattress was 2 seperate mattress which makes sleeping a bit uncomfortable for a person like me. I ordered a Calamari Salad, and there was exactly 8 small slices of Calamari and the rest was filled with cabbage and lettuce, definetly not worth the money.

Super nice and easy going stay if you have at least 2 nights and don’t want to stay in Dar.
Pros:

We only stayed one night here before heading to Zansibar by ferry. Simple but cute little huts directly at beach front. Comfortable beds, good mosquito nets and clean shared bathroom/shower. Staff was very friendly and helped with taxi service to Dar es Salaam. Very good choice if you have 1-2 nights and do not want to stay in the city center and dip you feet into the water.
Beachfront is clean and safe.
Be aware that there is huge traffic in the morning and later afternoon/evening in Dar so it takes a while to get here if you take the street over the bridge (recommend to take the small ferry if you want to cross the river)

Cons:

It takes a long time to get here from Dar es Salaam bus station during rush hours. Better to
stay in the city center if you are on the way to the airport or the ferry to one of the islands.

Pros:

Eine wirklich tolle Zeit am Strand, abseits der Stadt. Sonnenschirme und Liegen, die dazu gehören. Rustikales Häuschen das genau so an den Strand gehört.

Cons:

Équipement des plus basiques. Lit avec matelas inconfortable, oreillers minuscules, pas d'eau, pas de savon, pas d'essuie, il faut les louer... A l'extérieur pas de table, juste une chaise en plastique abîmée.

Super schöne Anlage, guter Ort zum Entspannen und Möglichkeit Dar es Salam zu erkunden.
Pros:

Der Strand ist wunderschön und die kleinen Häuschen sehr hübsch. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Im Häuschen gab es keinen Mückenspray und kein Trinkwasser. Es wäre ebenfalls sehr angenehm, wenn es einen Wasserkocher und einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gäbe.

Could swim in the sea and eat and drink in the restaurant
Short walk up to a village if needed

Fiz uma paragem por Kipepeo Beach antes de viajar para Zanzibar.
Viajei com a família (esposa + 2 filhos menores) tendo ficado alojado no "estúdio", uma experiência e um conceito de férias que a família nunca tinha tido.
Desde logo após a reserva, foi notório o cuidado da "Manager" Dorothy, demonstrando preocupação para garantir todas as condições pretendidas, inclusive voluntariado-se para o apoio no transfer. Este cuidado e excelente tratamento foi também evidente por parte de todos os funcionários, inclusive do condutor responsável pelo transfer, tendo este também se revelado de excelente qualidade e profissionalismo. A todos eles o nosso muito obrigado.
O local é fantástico, com uma praia maravilhosa, que possibilita aproveitar toda a tranquilidade. Frequentado pelos locais no fim de semana, que em nada cria constrangimentos, mas que enriquece ainda mais a experiência . Verdade que também é frequentada por vendedores locais, mas que reconhecem o espaço de cada um e não se tornam incomodativos.... excelente "cultura turística".
O restaurante oferece qualidade e o espaço dos alojamentos é também bastante agradável, integrado na natureza, possibilitando a observação de macacos e das suricatas (Os miúdos adoraram).
Fizemos ainda uma visita à ilha mais próxima para snorkeling, que embora considere cara, foi também uma excelente experiência.....ilha maravilhosa, deserta só para nós, com condições para almoçarmos lá.... Simplesmente maravilhoso.

3 dias maravilhosos......o nosso muito obrigado a todos do Kipepeo Beach e Village
