The rooftop pool sounds like a nice accommodation, but the way it is laid out you have to walk through their more upscale lounge which is a bit awkward. The bartender was very ill and made multiple comments to other employees about keeping people away from ordering at her bar if we were swimmers.

Stayed at the Westin for a business conference that was hosted in their event space. My room as well as the hotel itself was wonderful & very clean. Everyone from the valet staff to Brandon at the front desk helped make the experience easy and seamless. I rarely feel completely at ease while staying in hotels, but The Westin Nashville has been the exception!
