Booked a last minute family trip and we’re loving it. Great hotel, staff and location. Big shout out to Magdi Botros at The Westin. Truly lovely man who takes pride in his work. Major asset to the Westin!
Tara V at Decker & Dyer was wonderful and took great care of us when we visited there for breakfast. I appreciated the good variety of menu options, including fresh-squeezed juices (carrot, beet, ginger, pineapple for example). The scrambled eggs were actually fluffy and even my pork-sausage purist husband admitted that the turkey sausage is good. The coffee was better than most restaurants too. Thank you Tara!
Great rooftop, sat in a cabana by the pool. Gillian was our server and was the best. She was extremely friendly and took care of us all day. Highly recommend requesting her as your server

I first want to start with the customer service, it was absolutely spectacular. Each time I made it to the front desk to ask a question or get help, I was always greeting with a smile. That made me never want to leave.
My stay was 5 days and I made sure to get acquainted with the grounds and what the hotel had to offer. The gym was a nice size, a plethora of equipment, an indoor pool and Peletons! I visited the famous 27th floor and it was a unique experience. The staff was pleasant and the view was breathtaking. I enjoyed every moment.
The location of this hotel is about 5-6 blocks from Broadway. Close enough for a 15 minute walk but far enough outside of the hustle and bustle. Just right across the street from the convention center which is amazingly beautiful! When I visit Nashville again, this will be my spot!
Great location and very friendly staff. I have to give a shout out to Brendan! He remembered me by name after staying a week. He checked me in and checked me out of the hotel. Happy to be a Bonvoy member with the Westin being my favorite hotel to stay when traveling.

The rooftop was beautiful! Great view of downtown Nashville. Brittany was great and got our large group's drinks quickly. The rooftop transfusion was awesome!

Awesome location near the Music City Convention Center. Rooftop bar is amazing - Zach provided amazing service and great recommendations! Pool is lovely and food is great. Love the views all around! Would highly stay here again!
