No good at all.
Pros:

It was and the boys were kind.

Cons:

I booked the room through Booking.com at one price, but when we arrived, we were charged a higher amount. I understand that some fees may apply, but in this case, the staff could not clearly explain the reason for the higher cost.

Also, the air conditioning in the room was not working. When we reported it, the staff only said, “We are sorry, it is too old.” In addition, the bathroom door did not work properly.

I had stayed at this place before, which is why I did not hesitate to book again. However, after this experience, I think I would choose a different place next time.

Pros:

Everything was perfect! The hotel is really nice. I like the fact that you can use the fridge and the kitchen if needed. The hotel is 10 min walking distance from the city and it was not an issue for us we liked the fact that the hotel is in a calm area. The only thing is that I had back pain because of the bed. Except that it was perfect!! !

The only thing was the mattress but except that everything was perfect

Me gustaron las instalaciones en general y todo, el desayuno delicioso.

Cons:

No me gustó que, temprano habíamos consultado el precio por booking y habíamos hecho la reserva, luego llegamos al hotel, nos dieron otro precio, lo adquirimos a nombre de mi esposa, en la entrada, nos pidieron pasaporte a ambos y cuando vieron mi pasaporte, nos cambiaron el precio justo antes de salir a cenar, cuando regresamos de cenar tuvimos que pagar la diferencia.

Sehr schönes Hotel!
Pros:

Das Gebäude ist sehr schön. Der Innenhof traumhaft. Das Personal sehr freundlich und spricht Englisch. Grundsätzlich ruhig im Obergeschoss.

Cons:

Zimmer bei bei Bezug leider nicht sauber. Haare am Boden. Bettlaken fleckig. Wasserlache im Bad.
Randnotiz: Kirche mit sehr lautem Glockenläuten. Kann das Hotel nichts dafür, läutet auch in der Nacht nicht aber Frühmorgens.
Leider keinen Safe.

Comida a mejorar.
Pros:

Las instalaciones son cómodas, igual que siempre que hemos ido es limpió.

Cons:

La música de las personas en la piscina puede ser incomoda, sobre todo porque planeas relajarte ya que la música se escucha hasta en habitaciones alejadas. El desayuno tiene muchas áreas de mejora, creo que deberían capacitar a la persona que lo prepara o tener un profesional para eso. De los 3 platos ninguno fue de nuestro agrado.
