Szép régi épület, nagyon kedves személyzet, finom reggeli, kényelmes ágy, jó helyen fekszik. Az emeleti szobák jobbak. Eredetileg a földszintit kaptam, de az nagyon nedves és kértem, hogy költözhessek át. Az emelet szuper és világos.

A localização foi perfeita, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Limpeza excelente também e equipe super prestativa. Recomendo!
No quarto fazia mais frio do que na rua, mas tem bons lençóis grossos e o hotel nos ofereceu uma calefação portátil para ajudar.

Sehr schönes, altes Kolonialhaus
in toller Lage mit sehr schönem Innenhof. Man ist zu Fuß schnell überall, in der Nähe gibt es auch viele gute Restaurants.
Leider gibt es keine Heizung, und nachts war es doch recht frisch als wir dort waren. Zumindest ein Heizlüfter wäre toll.

I loved this 1850s renovated hotel that kept the best features - stained glass window in my quiet bedroom, the atrium window lit the interior down to the lounge area. The staff were super helpful, helped me arrange taxis etc. Lovely cooked breakfast. Very thankful we could buy cold beers on arrival at 10.30pm after travelling 24 hrs.
We walked to all tourist attractions including the ticket office for Montserrat. No problems finding restaurants and we felt very safe walking around at night because there were always people around on this busy street.

The value for money was exceptional considering the hotel is in the middle of La Candelaria. There is a nice, simple, relaxed vibe to the place with the cool colonial design and the areas to chill in the courtyards. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, while also totally relaxed and not 'in your face'. Despite the location and lack of soundproofing, my room at the back was really peaceful and the other guests were quiet.
Whilst it was quiet at night, there is not much soundproofing and it can get noisy if people are talking in the courtyard. Luckily, the other guests were respectful, but bring earplugs just in case.
The staff was exceptional, very helpful, very friendly. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room, nice bathroom. The two courtyards are lovely—I enjoyed just sitting and reading for a while. Breakfast was delicious... eggs were perfectly cooked and the service was also perfect.
The linens were okay but could use an upgrade. Fairly minor issue though with the quality of the room.
