Zermatt is a car-free village an can only be reached by shuttle train (every 20 minutes) from Täsch, where you can park your car.

A great place to stay with lovely views. Very convenient bus service just near the front door.
Pros:

Well appointed and in a convenient location. The bus stop was very nearby. The view from our room was fabulous.

Cons:

The bed was quite hard. The lift was useful when I became unwell but it was difficult to climb up and down the ladder.

We fell in love when we walked in. Lovely little apartment. Spotless modern bathroom. Separate bedroom with plenty of room for luggage and great mattress. Compact but well equipped kitchen. Views of the matterhorn.

We really enjoyed Zermatt and the surrounding area.
Pros:

The apartment was well furnished and the kitchen area was well equipped. Great location for walking and close to the village centre for shops and other attractions.

Skvělé místo, nádherná příroda a treky na do kopců hned nad hotelem.
Pros:

Velmi příjemný personál, výborné snídaně, pokoje velni příjemně zařízené. V noci ticho a tma, výborně se spalo. Za velmi solidní peníze odvoz na nádraží od hotelu proti ceně běžného taxi. Klidné okolí na okraji města jen kousek od lanovky a s perfektním výhledem na Matterhorn

Cons:

měkké matrace, z toho časem bolí záda. rusky hovořící taxikář si řekl o 38 CHF z nádraží na hotel. Hotel za svůj servis chtěl jen 15 CHF. Takže na to pozor a nenechat se natáhnout.

Excelent place and we had a nice time.

Cons:

The posibility to ventilate heat out through Windows could be better. We used to let the balcony door be open throgh the night to compensate for this.
Wifi connection strength was poor. Better with use of own mobile data.

Nice place
Pros:

Cozy apartment in a good location. It had everything we needed, the staff was friendly, and the views from the balcony were great. Not the Matterhorn, but still spectacular.

Cons:

It's a bit challenging to get in/out of the apartment if you are looking to avoid elevators, as I was.
