Amazing Service Great Hotel
Our room was upgraded and we had a pleasant stay.
Everything is near to the hotel. Mall is right across the street which has Everything in it.
Train station, tramp station and bus Everything is near by.
It is definitely the best option to stay in Krakow!!

strange design choice with bathroom wall made out of obscure glass, so every time one uses the bathroom the whole room is illuminated. Poor quality of towels

Great hotel in Kraków near the main station.
Pros:

Breakfast includes local treats. The restaurant, even if prices are higher than elsewhere, serves good food. We had a privilege room facing a quiet side, with comfortable beds.
