Location was great

Cons:

For a 4 star hotel they did not provide conditioner for hair and body lotion. When asked for it, they said we had to pay more money. Find it very rude for basic amenities. The staff denied us of basic amenities that should be provided from a 4 star hotel.

We only spent our last night here, and honestly, I wish we had stayed longer.

I was really impressed with the property. The lobby and rooms were beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful.

The location is great, right across from the shopping mall for those who find that important, and about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town center.

When we left in the middle of the night, they gave us pretzels for the journey, which was a very thoughtful gesture and really came in handy at the airport.

We would be very happy to come back.
