No me gustó la atención del personal que está en la madrugada.. el domingo nos levantamos a las 4 am para salir a la carrera que teníamos .. y la actitud súper despota.. en cambio el personal que esta en el dia y la tarde super gentiles

Boa localização, mas quarto deixa a desejar.
Pros:

O hotel fica em uma excelente localização. Fica de frente para praia e muito próximo à cidade amuralhada, apesar de não ser indicado ir andando até lá à noite. Me hospedei com uma amiga e o hotel disponibiliza quartos com duas camas de solteiro.

Cons:

O quarto é um pouco apertado. A cama e os travesseiros são desconfortáveis. Durante o banho, tive bastante dificuldade de ligar o chuveiro. Na hora de fechar, a torneira caiu na minha mão, sendo necessário fazer bastante força para fazer a água parar.

La standarisacion de la organización les impide mejorar la calidad del servicio les falta 1.Toallas de manos 2. Klines o tissues 3. Limpieza básica de habitación 4. Falta de aspirar los corredores 5. Los elevadores y espejos deben ser limpios de huellas 6. Antes que los huéspedes entren en las habitaciones deben revisarse los bombillos y sonidos del are acondicionado que impiden un confortable descanso, mis críticas son sinceras y en procura de que se tengan en cuenta para el bien futuro de la imagen corporativa.
