El desayuno básico, por ello me pareció caro. Excelente ubicación.

La verdad muy bonito
Cuando llegue me entere que el desayuno no estaba incluido, el restaurante sucio, mal arreglado, desordenado, no parece de un hotel mas bien de un estadero.
El aire acondicionado se apaga y el cuarto se pone muy caluroso, hay que estar pendiente para encenderlo de nuevo, pero en la madrugada cuando uno está durmiendo también lo hace y uno se levanta con calor. La atención del personal en el loby no es buena, no te dan toda la información y cuando uno les pregunta contestan de mala gana, pareciera que no estan a gusto con su empleo. La unica persona que nos trató bien fue la del parqueadero, una señora muy amable y que da todas las orientaciones pertinentes.

El desayuno es Buffet, hay mucha variedad, generosa y a gusto del comensal; el baño es superlimpio, amplio, da gusto, tenia una ducha con poca potencia del agua fria,pero en la recepcion me ayudaron con el tema y enviaron al señor de amntenimiento (raul) quien fue muy amable, respetuoso y sobre todo me soluciono ...AGua fria a buena potencia
solo lo de la ducha que el agua es caliente, enteindo es hotel, pero al poner la fria no sali mucha pero el hotel me soluciono cuando pedi lo hiciera, enviaron a mantenimiento y quedo bien la potencia del agua fria que era lo que yo queria en una ciudad tan caliente como cartagena... no me gusta el agua caliente.
Muy limpio y ordenado cerca al aeropuerto y con playa en frente..facil de llegar
Las habitaciones muy pequeñas. La vista al mar es a través de ventanas cerradas. Se ve el más más no las playas
La ubicación se encontraba muy bien.
Las tarjetas de acceso a la habitación no sirvieron casi a mitad de noche lo que impidió el acceso y tocó bajar a que activaran una nueva, además los impuestos adicionales fueron desbordados frente a lo que se reservó finalmente el servicio de clave TV no funcionó.
