Pésimo servicio y políticas absurdas con los huéspedes.
Me hospedé una noche en este hotel por motivos de trabajo. El precio de la habitación incluye el desayuno, pero lamentablemente limitan el consumo de café. Al intentar seguir consumiendo café por la mañana mientras trabajaba, el personal me informó que por norma no estaba permitido después del horario de desayuno. Es inaceptable que una cadena de hoteles no considere el café como un beneficio básico para sus huéspedes.
No recomiendo hospedarse aquí si buscan una estancia cómoda para trabajar, ya que sus políticas de servicio son pésimas.
