Important information:

Please note that each room can only accommodate 1 pet, with a maximum weight of 15 kg. The pet fee is BRL 50 tax. If you travel with your pet, you must present the vaccination card with the vaccines up to date. Additionally, you must sign the consent form upon check-in. Apenas um IBIS
Pros:

IBIS é igual ou muito semelhante em qualquer lugar do planeta e quanto a isso, quem está acostumado a se hospedar num IBIS já tem noção do que vai encontrar. O ponto diferencial desse é estar próximo a um shopping com boas lojas e boa praça de alimentação. Para quem está viajando, shopping pode ser um ponto ponto de apoio e serviços.

Cons:

O café da manhã me pareceu pouco variado e abaixo do que se costuma ter no padrão IBIS. O salão de café da manhã, inclusive, pareceu muito pequeno, não corresponde ao tamanho do hotel e também menor do que se costuma ver no demais IBIS. A televisão no quarto só tinha canais abertos, especialmente aqueles que quase ninguém assiste. Nenhum canal de esportes, por exemplo. Sem chances depois de um dia de trabalho chegar no quarto e ficar assistindo TV Camara/Senado ou coisa parecida.

Passou pela entrada e pelo check-in, tudo melhora.
Cons:

1. O acesso à entrada é muito ruim !!! O hotel fica afastado da rua, dentro do estacionamento do shopping Interlagos. Você tem que dar uma volta enorme e complicada para chegar na recepção. E não há nenhuma informação ou placa para ajudar os hóspedes. Tem que ir na tentativa e erro.
2. Tomamos o cuidado de fazer o web check-in, oferecido pelo hotel, mas qdo chegamos ele não estava no sistema, apesar da confirmação recebida por e-mail.
