Important information:

Please note that each room can only accommodate 1 pet, with a maximum weight of 15 kg. The pet fee is BRL 50 tax. If you travel with your pet, you must present the vaccination card with the vaccines up to date. Additionally, you must sign the consent form upon check-in. Estávamos em três adultos em família. Sem necessidade de um segundo quarto, devido a pessoa ser filha e muito magrinha. Por isso o custo aumentou sem necessidade.

Pros:

O café da manhã é muito bom tem várias opções, a localização é muito boa, perto do shopping e com uma vista linda de São Paulo.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado deveria esquentar um pouco mais; parece que a temperatura estava normal.

O atendimento pelos funcionários, todos muito simpáticos e educados. Fomos muito bem atendidos pela recepcionista, pelas moças da limpeza.
