Local muito bom.
Pros:

Continua sendo um.bom hotel.

Cons:

O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido, a água subiu e transbordou molhando boa parte do banheiro. Faltou manutenção.

ótimo hotel, bom café. só tive dificuldade na chegada com uber que me cobrou o pedágio para me levar. Esse é um ponto para ser avaliado pelo hotel e colocar um transfer.

Not ready to receive foreign guests

The location it’s pretty bad, to arrive at the hotel will cost you 40 reais because you have to pass by a check point twice, the lobby it’s okay but the room for the price not worth, the bathroom very poor and the room had a bad smell, also I e booked 3 rooms but the poor reception of the staff made us give up in 2 according to them they couldn’t receive minors at the hotel if didn’t have a declaration made in Brazil tribunal signed by his parents in Brazil (what’s impossible since the parents are at his home country) even with a letter of responsibility made by the parents they didn’t let him in, after a deep look in the law it do have circumstances when it’s a minor foreigner they can accept with a letter, email or video call with the parents to receive this permission but the staff was rude and said no and that’s it.
I don’t think they are ready to receive guest from other countries and the price benefit isn’t good

Hotel excelente, atendentes simpáticos e quartos confortáveis. A única experiência ruim foi para chegar no hotel, pois existe um pedágio no qual precisamos pagar 2x para retornar ao hotel.

Pros:

O hotel é ótimo, atendimento muito bom. O hotel possui um restaurante muito bom. Estacionamento fácil. Quarto e banheiro excelentes, limpos, TV com bastante opções de canal.

Cons:

Se você vem da região do aeroporto de carro, vai ter que pagar o pedágio (que fica quase em frente ao hotel) duas vezes, pois precisa pegar um retorno. Segundo o pessoal do hotel, o preço da diária já compensaria esse gasto extra dos hóspedes.

Cons:

Hotel fica em uma localização que revisa passar por dois pedágios caros e por isso o uber nao aceita, e a viagem que deveria ser rápida e barata sai muito cara. Hotel já está velhinho e precisa de uma reforma.
