Fui muito mal atendido por 2 atendentes, um rpz mais novo e por 1 senhora mais de idade, praticamente menospresaram minha presença e nem sequer responderam meu bom dia, mas Graças a Deus tinha um rpz chamado Alisson que viu o descaso e me atendeu superbem durante todos os dias da hospedagem.

Pros:

O atendimento dos profissionais foi excelente. Muito prestativos e educados. O café da manhã é excelente, a comida do restaurante também é bastante saborosa, com preços compatíveis com o setor hoteleiro.

Cons:

O banheiro do quarto tinha alguns detalhes que careciam de manutenção. A porta batia no forro e a parte de entrada do chuveiro estava rachada. O ar condicionado também demorava para gelar e não funcionava o botão para direcionar o vento.
