Pros:

O atendimento do Sr. Abner , do Ibis . No Ibis Budget reservei quarto single e solicitei alteração para quarto duplo com 2 camas de solteiro. Pelo booking haveria cobrança pelo cancelamento, a não ser quer a acomodação aprovasse. O Sr. Abner, orientou-me a cancelar o Ibis Budget,pois não havia acomodação para 2 camas de solteiro e reservar no Ibis Campo Grande. Somos 2 idosas e além disso, estou com a perna machucada fazendo uso de bengala , não conseguiria subir na cama beliche . Agradeço muito a atenção e atendimento do Sr. Abner .
