Me alocaram no quarto errado . Primeiro eu tinha solicitado a Booking que fosse feito up grade do quarto e solicitei que fosse colocado mais um hóspede. Nem recebi retorno da minha solicitação.
Café da manhã maravilhoso. Localização perfeita, próxima ao trabalho e com Shopping Morumbi de fácil acesso.
Esqueci meu chinelo, poderia ter chinelo ou pantufa na acomodação.
Da localização, das instalações do lobby do hotel, do atendimento dos funcionários.
Limpeza precária dos quartos, cabelo no piso do banheiro, camas mal forradas, lençóis limpos porém sem cuidado na torração, colchão sem nenhuma proteção higiênica, colchão bastante desgastado sem nenhuma maciez no toque, cheio de bolinhas e fiapos embolados que era perceptível no lençol, espelho do banheiro velho, desgastado com acabamento em madeira se desfazendo e caindo pó de madeira na bancada, toalhas velhas e desgastadas.
Me gustó la opción de almuerzo y cena a la carta que ofrecen ahora en el restaurante. El desayuno bien, la habitación limpia y cómoda, así como también el baño. Sugiero mejorar la iluminación en la habitación (queda un poco oscura en la noche), así como la limpieza de los cubiertos en el restaurante.

Os quartos estão bem velhos. Não tem tomadas ao lado da cama, os banheiros com um pia rachada, lençóis, embora lavados, me deram muita coceira ao dormir. Quartos extremamente frios. Serviu para acomodar minhas coisas, tomar banho e dormir.
