LIMPEZA: Banheiro sujo, sabonete velho no chao, barulho de agua no ralo.

CONFORTO: briga de "casal" no quarto ao lado no dia 19/05 no 12 andar. Durou mais de 1 hora, entre 23:15 ate as 00:15.
Insegurança, barulho e noite extremamente ruim. Ambiente estranho...

Péssima, custo benefício lamentável.
Pros:

O café da manhã é simples mas ok, o problema é que pelo custo comparado com outros hotéis de Santos, esperava muito mais, pois a diferença foi muito pequena e não valeu a pena. O quarto minúsculo, vista praia de canto. Barulho a partir das 06:00 hrs. da manhã.

Limpeza, ficamos no 13 andar: 1363 - banheiro sujo com muito bolor nos azulejos e porta , porta do banheiro quebrada não fechava . Bolor em todo teto quarto.

Depois de usar diversas vezes hotéis da rede Ibis, fiquei demasiadamente decepcionada.

O banheiro necessita de reforma urgente. Mau cheiro volta nos ralos, a porta do box bate como se fosse quebrar. O exaustor do banheiro não desliga e o interruptor está com problema. O interruptor do ar condicionado faz muito barulho e não tem controle remoto.
Não tinha cobertor no quarto, tive que solicitar no segundo dia descendo até a recepção, pois alegaram não ter serviço de quarto mesmo sendo uma falha na arrumação.
Fiz a reserva para duas pessoas, porém uma não pode comparecer por motivos pessoais. Perguntei na recepção sobre a possibilidade de descontar ao menos o café da manhã que não seria consumido e fui informada que não seria possível mesmo tendo pago a estadia diretamente no hotel.
