Tudo, principalmente o banheiro.
Costumo ficar sempre hospedada nessa rede de hotéis e esse foi o melhor de todos que já fiquei até hoje.

Perfect Location and Right To Your Needs Hotel! Highly recommended.
Pros:

I did not use the hotel's restaurant. I preferred to explore the city. However the hotel offers a free welcoming coffee and crackers table 24/7 that helps with that unexpected coffee time. I loved it. The check-in and check-out was fast and easy. The staff was always ready. And the hotel location was the very best. I just could not have chosen a best location.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our time at the property. We pretty much used the hotel only to sleep, as our goal was to explore the city day and night.

Não gostei de ter que pagar R 87,00 pela higienização de minha jaqueta, que estava no encosto da cadeira do restaurante, e foi molhada com vinho quente.

Pros:

O Ibis é muito bem localizado, atende muito bem todas as minhas necessidades e gosto muito do hall de entrada onde tem um canto para trabalho e tamém podemos sentar e bater um papo por ali.
Falta opções sem gluten no cafe da manha, mas mesmo asim é muito gostoso, por isso sempre me hospedo nele.

Cons:

Faltou um cobertor, algo mais quentinho.
Acho que poderia estar mais a mão no quarto, precisei pedir para a recepção.
E como cjá citei, seria interessante ter alguma opção de pao sem gkuten no cafe da manha.

A localização é excelente, em frente ao Hard Rock Café e bem pertinho do Boa Praça, um bar muito agradável, com música ao vivo.

O café da manhã é um dos melhores da rede Ibis que já experimentamos, com boa variedade e qualidade. Apenas vale a pena checar se a sua reserva inclui ou não o café da manhã, pois, caso não esteja incluso, é cobrada uma taxa de R$ 55,00 por pessoa, por dia.

Cons:

O quarto é um pouco pequeno, o que pode ser um fator para quem pretende passar mais tempo nele. O frigobar não estava funcionando na nossa chegada, mas o problema foi resolvido rapidamente pela equipe.
Também vale considerar que o estacionamento é cobrado à parte, no valor de R$ 30,00 por diária.
