A cama e travesseiros eram confortáveis

Cons:

Chuveiro não é estável, a temperatura oscila muito. O ar condicionado não tinha mudar judas a temperatura. Estávamos em 4 e só tinha 2 toalhas, demoram uns 40 minutos pra levar a toalha pq ligamos três vezes pra pedir. E tivemos que insistir para levar os cobertores. Café da manhã servido a parte muito super faturado pela qualidade, o café tava frio!

Boa estadia e ótimo custo-benefício
Pros:

A localização foi ótima para meu propósito (ir ao Maracanã). O hotel está bem novinho e o preço foi bom. O banheiro é muito bom. A região é bem atendida por Uber e Taxi, inclusive fica bem posicionado para ir ao aeroporto Galeão.

Cons:

O processo de check-in é muito lento. Ficamos em um quarto para quatro pessoas e a cama das crianças era um sofá cama, no limite do conforto.

Muito aborrecido com a cobrança da tarifa de café da manhã, até fiz o pagamento via Pix pelo app e lá estava incluído. Fui cobrado na recepção do hotel, de forma incorreta. Praticamente forçado a pagar via Pix. Não recomendo.

Cons:

Só nao gostei pois fui com minha esposa e filha e nos colocaram em um quarto que o banheiro era de vidro a parede para o quarto e nao tinha nenhuma cortina, foi solicitado para colocar e eles nao colocaram. Tirando isso foi ótimo.
