Ao realizar o check in no dia 31/05 , fui direcionada ao quarto 254, mas infelizmente o vaso sanitário estava sujo, visivelmente inclusive. Não pedi para trocar pois estava cansada da viagem.

Avaliar a limpeza antes de receber outro hóspede.

A localização. Proximidade do metro ajuda muito.

O café da manhã com toda certeza poderia ser melhor. Pouquíssima variedade de frutas. Um punhado de alfaces nitidamente cansadas :/. Bolo sem sabor e meio duro, que parecia ter dias de feito. A tábua de frios só tinha queijo mussarela, presunto e salame. Por fim, não disponibilizam variedade de pães. Enfim...havendo próxima vez, não pagaremos com café da manhã incluso, pois logo em frente, nos restaurantes da Avenida Paulista, temos cafés da manhã muito mais generosos e saborosos!
