The buffet breakfast was nice and the room was very comfortable

Cons:

We had an issue when trying to paywave our dinner at the restaurant , they were asking for cash but I said put it on our room bill. We had a mix of helpful and not so helpful staff when asking about hop on buses, maybe it was the language barrier not sure.

I didn’t like the people at the reception. Very unprofessional. Not friendly. I think they don’t understand English very well. The guy who speaks Spanish was the friendliest and helpful
