Rúmið var mjög gott.

Cons:

Það er greinilega ekkert viðhald á staðnum, fátt starfsfólk, of dýrt miðað við gæði, hótelið auglýst sem spa hótel en spa var lokað vegna viðhalds og þess ekki getið við bókun. Engin lyfta til að fara með farangur milli hæða. Þetta hótel er aldrei meira en 3 stjörnur.

room bad smell , poor facilities in the room
the spa closed , finger prints on glass doors not cleaned still there on day 2 flies on the breakfast table , think it's under staffed glasses in the bar piled high on the bar for washing broken toilet seat in public toilets

Pros:

I loved the food it was outstanding, and plenty of it on the plate. The room was clean and spacious.
The staff was excellent, especially Ruth, the manager and the receptionist who were on duty when i checked in who was so professional in dealing with an indentant that I curtailed. They went over and beyond to ensure I was ok.

Some of furniture / carpets need replacing . Really check rooms in regards to deep cleaning and outside patio areas could do with clean and power wash

A disappointing spot
Cons:

The facility is outdated and desperately needs attention. The exterior "garden" area and walk to the water was not well kept. No working fountains; just stagnant water. Killaloe and its neighbor bridge town were tired and lacked value. For the price of the room, the property was nothing remarkable. Updates are necessary.
