Staff and meals. Breakfast and dinner were good
Bedroom furnishings needed an upgrade. Bathroom needs a serious upgrade. Sink cracked, silverfish in bath due to poor tiling. Poor ventilation in bedroom.
Basic breakfast, bacon like shoe leather.
Couldn't get a sandwich at any time. On the hottest day only hot food except for caeser salad which was basically a huge bowl of lettuce with mayo, a little bacon, bought in croutons, and parmesan for euro 12,95. No room service. No lift or escalator and for two 78 year old it was a struggle to do two flights of stairs with and without luggage. Only two staff on the floor on the floor on Thursday 28th May for breakfast which meant a long wait for hot food, tea was cold by the time it came so had to order fresh pot. Limited menu for dinner.
We loved how friendly the staff were and interactive with our infant daughter. Very accommodating and helpful.
The heat of the room and no AC for a 4star hotel. Shower and bath could have been cleaner. A lot of dust and cobwebs in the room.
