Les petits déjeuners sont sympas

Cons:

La promesse principale d'un hotel est de passer une bonne nuit. Impossible ici car c'est un bar de nuit jusqu'à 1h, la musique s'arrêtant à minuit environ mais le bruit se poursuivant après. Je dors partout sans problème et suis très tolérante mais là la chambre est en immersion dans la boîte de nuit. Le son peut être de moyen à insupportable selon les nuits. Il faudrait choisir entre faire un bar de nuit et un hotel de charme. Je pense qu'on trouve bien mieux et moins cher à Sal avec vue mer et piscine ce qu'on n'a pas ici.
Les prestations et le personnel (à part Janice qui nous a bien accueillis) ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé. Sur 6 nuits, une fois le ménage n'a pas été faits et 2 fois on nous a retiré les serviettes (ce qu'on n'avait pas demandé) et oublié de les remplacer. Je défie quiconque de se sécher les cheveux avec celui proposé. Pas de produits de toilette à part un fond de flacon où on ne sait pas ce qu'il y a. Récupérer la caution des serviettes de plage nous a pris 20 minutes. Pourquoi ne pas laisser des serviettes de plage directement dans la chambre ?
On nous a quand même proposé une autre chambre au bout de 3 nuits mais nous avions des activités prévues et n'avions pas le temps de changer.
Bref passez votre chemin !

Excellent start for our Cabo Verde trip

If long nights of partying, sun, beach is your thing, this could be it
Pros:

The staff was exceptional, trying to do everything to make our stay pleasant. Our room was very spacious with a living area separated from the bedroom, both had aircons, which is essential, it could have been much less pleasant without them.

Cons:

If you are not coming to party, or you want to sleep before midnight, you may consider staying a little further away. Despite being at the backside of the hotel (as we requested a quite room), the drum beats only die down at midnight, except Thursday, then you can only sleep after 4:30am.

Meilleur emplacement à Sal
Pros:

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et efficace. L’emplacement est exceptionnel, j’étais à la suite 9 : vue sur mer, à 30 secondes de la plage tout en étant en plein quartier annimé. Tout était très facilement accessible, et le staff s’occupait de toutes les redervations nécessaires.

Una estancia muy cómoda y agradable
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien situado. La habitación era cómoda y estaba decorada con mucho gusto. El personal nos atendió fenomenalmente: siempre fueron muy atentos y nos hicieron la estancia muy fácil y agradable. También cenamos allí, en un ambiente muy tranquilo, y la cena estaba realmente buena.

No hubo nada que no nos gustara durante nuestra estancia.
