Pros:

Good location , good rooms, breakfast just ok .
Pros:

Great location , room was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was really bad, little to not food options, cold and even you have to ask if they have more food ( mind you the restaurant was almost empty at 7.30 am) and the buffet was pretty limited . Compared to other hotels I've stay at.

Pros:

Adorei esse hotel. Ele é super bem localizado, próximo ao parque 93 e muitos restaurantes. Dá pra fazer algumas coisas a pé.
Reservei o quarto standard e ele era grande, contando com passador de roupa a vapor, roupão, itens da Loccitane, de cortesia deram lixa de unha, kit de costura para emergência e café e chá no próprio quarto.
O café da manhã é bom e os funcionários muito simpáticos.
Voltaria.

Perfect spot for a short stay in Bogotá
Pros:

The property is perfectly located near to many restaurants and bars but far from noisy streets which make it perfect base for travelling around the city. Bed was super comfortable, very clean and the staff was always with a smile on the face. Making the trip very pleasant

Cons:

The only thing I will improve is the breakfast. It’s the classic hotel breakfast with all you expect in terms of variety but the quality was a bit down comparing with the quality of the hotel in general. They could improve on equipment to keep the eggs warmer and the bread less tough to eat. However if you ask for an omelette they are really good

Perfect breakfast, nice rooms, great neighborhood
Pros:

Room was spacious, bathroom was big, neighborhood was safe and full of restaurants, facilities were clean and nice (apparently they have a gym but we didn’t go), and breakfast was generous and with a lot of variety — it was really a highlight

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and located in a really great safe neighborhood with a lot of restaurant options within walking distance. The staff were all incredible and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and the room was spotless and quite large.

Have good stuff and bad stuff
Pros:

The rooms are big and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and big, and the internet is good enough. The hotel restaurant had really good food and the public areas were really nice and pretty. We had to extend our stay in the hotel due to unforeseen circumstances and the hotel was able to accommodate us easily.,
On the negative side, we had issues with the bathroom on our second or third night which could not be fixed for the lack of staff at the night shift. There were only two staff that night, one on the front desk and the other a security guard. At first, they offered to move our room, but we didn’t want to move our stuff. We asked if we could just get access to another room for the evening since they could not fix the bathroom, but they refused. In the end, after some argument, the person at the front desk gave us the key to the next room. Even after that it took multiple calls the following day to get maintenance up to the room.

Also, we could hear a lot of noise coming from outside of the room, both in the morning and evening. It was thudding so we thought there may be some construction going on. We went to complain and to find out where the noise was coming from, but the front staff didn't know or didn't want to tell us. We explored on our own and found the noise was coming from a gym above our heads. Once we informed the front desk of this, they helpfully allowed us to switch rooms. Beware of room 602.

amplio, y el internet es lo suficientemente bueno. El restaurante del hotel tenía muy buena comida y las áreas comunes eran muy agradables y bonitas. Tuvimos que extender nuestra estadía en el hotel debido a circunstancias imprevistas y el hotel pudo acomodarnos fácilmente.

Por el lado negativo, tuvimos problemas con el baño en nuestra segunda o tercera noche que no pudieron ser arreglados por la falta de personal en el turno de noche. Solo había dos empleados esa noche, una en la recepción y la otra una guardia de seguridad. Al principio, nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación, pero no queríamos mover nuestras cosas. Preguntamos si podíamos tener acceso a otra habitación solo por la noche ya que no podían arreglar el baño, pero se negaron. Al final, después de una discusión, la persona en la recepción nos dio la llave de la habitación contigua. Incluso después de eso, se necesitaron múltiples llamadas al día siguiente para conseguir que el personal de mantenimiento subiera a la habitación.

Además, podíamos escuchar mucho ruido proveniente del exterior de la habitación, tanto por la mañana como por la noche. Eran golpes fuertes, por lo que pensamos que podría haber alguna construcción. Fuimos a quejarnos y a averiguar de dónde venía el ruido, pero el personal de recepción no sabía o no quería decirnos. Investigamos por nuestra cuenta y descubrimos que el ruido venía de un gimnasio encima de nuestras cabezas. Una vez que informamos esto a la recepción, nos permitieron cambiarnos de habitación de manera servicial. Tenga cuidado con la habitación 602
