Great place. Close to clubs! You do have to find your own parking unless u want to pay $70
Pros:

We 2 complementary drinks at the bar and the breakfast was amazing! Truly one of the best

Way above expectations! If I am ever in Minneapolis again, I will definitely stay there.
Pros:

Fantastic rooms, extremely large, great condition. Great location downtown within a few minutes walk to the ballpark, and restaurants around it. They even had complimentary drinks each evening for those who wanted a drink.

Cons:

Nothing was bad. No complaints at all.

The staff was great! The attention to detail could have been better across multiple areas of our stay!
Pros:

The location for the baseball field was amazing!

Cons:

The iron was dirty and ruined my jerseys for the game!

The pool areas floor was dirty and there were no towels!

I went to shower and the complimentary Shampoo was completely out!

Great location to stay in the Minneapolis area!!!
Pros:

We had a family wedding at the VanDusen mansion, and this was a perfect location! There was a public parking ramp right next to the hotel, which was convenient for us and we didn’t have to pay the valet parking fee! Room was clean ! Staff was great .. didn’t have to wait to check in!! Breakfast room was nice and the breakfast was outstanding! Such nice employees, making sure everything was cleaned and filled!! I like the safety of using your room key to get up on the elevators also!

Pros:

Poor customer service. I had a question in regards to a charge and could not get anyone to call me back. A $160 room ended up being more than $400 with no explanation. I won't be returning here or any other hotel operated by Hilton.

I didn’t pay that kind of money to have it be that bad of a room

I liked the variety for breakfast and that you had made to order omelettes.. the Emerald lounge/bar was nice

Cons:

The room was awful they didn’t clean it good there were stains all over the desk and side tables by the couch, the bed had all stains on the comforter and sheets. The nightstand had something left from a previous guest that was either a used pair of underwear or a bandana, the water pressure in the shower was horrible!! When a person books a hotel way in advance and see that it has a good rating you are going to assume that it is super nice but no I don’t pay that kind of money to have it be shit like that!

Highly Recommended for MSP!
Pros:

Great choice for MSP airport. Full breakfast options so save room! Beautiful decor, professional staff. The shuttle was on time, no problems.

Concert stay
Pros:

Stayed a night here for a concert that was suppose to be at the Filmore but got moved to another venue last min. Hotel is easy to find. Room was good. One of the better beds I slept in at a Hilton property. It was a busy night and took a bit for valet to respond but not there fault. Trip was a success and I had no issues.
