Pros:

We stayed at Glenwood 7 nights for a business trip. We booked the deluxe room with balcony with a small kitchen. Here are our thoughts:
Room and facility location:
The room is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped including the rice cooker (a big plus). The facility is clean and well maintained including many beautiful trees and bushes, koi ponds and an on site restaurant that serves western and Vietnamese cuisine with well mixed fruits drink, beers and spirits! There are many variations of Vietnamese foods, southeast Asian cuisine and Western pub’s within walking distance or a short drive!
Staffs and Services:
TOP NOTCH! It’s all start with Jenny (Ms Hằng). I think she is in charge of the front office. The staff are polite, kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough! This includes the cleaning and maintenance crew! Some of names that I interacted with: Minh, Duyên, Phương Anh, Tú and Tú (there are two Tú). This definitely makes my staying here so comfortable, happy and worthy!!

Quiet Oasis in HCMC
Pros:

I like the location in district 2. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops, also this location is much quieter than district 1.
I have stayed at Glenwood on many occasions and enjoyed the comfort of the rooms here. This resort is definitely my preferred choice when visiting HCMC.
The staff are very polite, helpful and accommodating.
The room I always request has an amazing powerful shower. Rooms are spotlessly cleaned and comfortable. There is an adjoining restaurant for breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. The pool at the rear is small with restricted seating area.

Pros:

Albergo pulito in posto tranquillo vicino a molti locali per mangiare. Completo di molti servizi come frigobar, tavola con ferro da stiro. Cambio quotidiano asciugamani e fornitura quotidiana di saponette, dentifricio con spazzolino ecc. Completa il tutto una piccola piscina anche se non utilizzata.

Cons:

Mancanza ascensore. Potrebbe avere le qualità per fare un salto di categoria se fosse valorizzato un po' di più.

Relaxing and peaceful stay/
Pros:

Nice quiet location in District 1. Rooms were exceptionally clean. I have stayed here several times and always request the same room.
The staff both in the hotel and the restaurant are first class, very friendly and very helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel if you want to get away from the noise and congestion of District 1

Cons:

I honestly can't think of anything I disliked.
