I would recommend staying, very clean, and comfy with plenty of parking
Pros:

Room/Bed/Bathroom all very clean and comfy. Parking was a breeze too

Cons:

Workers leaving very early in the morning with slamming of doors.

It provided a place to stay within close proximity of Redland Bay.
Pros:

Even though our arrival was late in the evening, a staff member ensured we had access to the key for our room and gave clear instructions. There was adequate parking without having to park on the street.

Cons:

The view from our window was into the back patio of the neighbour. Whilst it didn't bother us it certainly didn't give them the privacy they are entitled to.
