First timers but will be back!
Pros:

First time here and I’m sure we will be back! Hotel is very clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved having the beach chair and umbrella service. Location can’t be beat! Highly recommend the Icona Cape May!

Just Perfect!
Pros:

Thank you for a super special vacation! Front desk Sue and Kim and Jonathan, telephone operator Michael, housekeeping ladies on 6th floor, Nancy and Barbara hostesses at Coastal Blue, young Romanian fellow who set up umbrella/chairs at beach and so many others whose names we can't remember. All very polite, knowledgeable, friendly. And the cleanliness is beyond belief. Have stayed at many fine hotels but this is just perfect!

Definitely a Great Stay!
Pros:

Really great choice for our stay! Very friendly staff. Key points: Walk directly across the street for beach access, Shuttle service in town (no charge), we went to the grocery store to pick up some items and it was very convenient to be picked up by the shuttle! Very clean rooms! Seems every room has a balcony (side view to the ocean or oceanfront suites), Comfortable beds, plush towels and wash cloths, nice smelling toiletries-even makeup wipes! All in all, great place to stay, would return again! Thank you ICONA!

Clean, pleasant,quiet, relaxing and good location!!
Pros:

Very clean, cute room decor, quiet, very friendly helpful employees!! Location right next to restaurants, beach and close to shopping!

Cons:

Only thing I would change is should offer beach lounge chairs instead of beach chairs. It’s nice to be able to lay down.

Pros:

The location, room, natural lighting,…everything was absolutely perfect.

Cons:

I thought the suite would be two beds, it’s a bed and a pull out bed which was not as comfortable. Also, the parking is not very convenient.

Iconic Icona
Pros:

Three friends and I went to Icona Cape May June 1st for two beautiful nights to celebrate our two friends 70th birthdays. Parking was good and as soon as we got up to reception, we were greeted warmly and our rooms were side by side which was great. I wanted to take the bed home with me as it was like sleeping on a cloud! Everything was super clean and smelled super fresh. It was easy access into Cape May including the van which took us everywhere we wanted to go, and then picked up at Washington Mall across from the church. John, our driver was a real character. He was very knowledgeable, cracked jokes and made us feel at home. We had a lot of laughs with him, and he was a true gentleman helping us on and off the van. You could actually walk to Washington Mall which is only about 1 mile if you are a good walker. I went to look at the pool, which is small, but I didn't really use it and my friends just sat around it for a little bit to get some air. We didn't go to the beach, but I heard reception calling ahead and if you want it, you could get an umbrella with two lovely lounge chairs so you didn't have to carry anything across the street with you. All in all, our stay at Icona was fabulous, and we look forward to returning again!

Pros:

This hotel is quaint, yet modern. Possibly the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. It is beautiful, each room beautifully decorated. All staff members we were acquainted with were so friendly and helpful. Two outstanding services are the shuttle and beach convenience. This was a girls’weekend, and having the beach chairs & umbrellas taken over & set up was a blessing. And, John, our shuttle driver was terrific!! Won’t stay anywhere else. Pamela Verdi.

Great vacation
Pros:

We really enjoyed our trip, close to the beach and everything within walking distance.

Cons:

The check in was a bit rocky and seemed odd. Only issue, the rest of the folks at the front desk were really great 👍
