Personale molto accogliente, disponibile e molto gentile! Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, letti molto comodi. Posizione vicina al centro di Willisau con vicino supermercati da raggiungerea piedi.
Poche stoviglie a disposizione
Das B&B ist sehr gut erreichbar und hat genügend nahe Parkplätze. Das self-checkin ist problemlos und einfach.
Die Zimmer sind ansprechend, einfach eingerichtet aber sauber und sehr grosszügig. Sämtliches Personal, von der Rezeption bis zur Reinigungskraft verdienen die Bestnote !
Auch positiv: freier Kaffee (Bohnen) sowie Tee.
Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und könnte noch etwas reichhaltiger sein, z.B. die Frühstücksflocken/Cerealien sowie das Fleischangebot .Ansonsten sehr gutes, frisches Brot, feiner Kaffee sowie grosse Auswahl an Konfitüren.
Das Zimmer zum Parkplatz des Sportcenters kann in der Nacht etwas laut sein...
Und: Eine Matratze vom Doppelbett für unseren Anspruch zu weich.
Met 8 minuten loop je het centrum in.
Veel te doen door het sportcafé onder. Bowlen, pool, dart, fitnesscentrum, etc.
Bedden lagen heerlijk en de douche was top! Supermarkten op 2 minuten lopen.
De plafond ventilator was fijn er is geen airco.
Ik schrok van de prijzen. Zal Zwitsers zijn maar 1 wijn en 2 bitter lemon voor € 32,- is bizar!
Ontbijt niet genomen. Vrij karig en € 16,- pp is buitensporig hoog. Supermarkt met verse broodjes ligt er naast.
Geen raam op de kamer. Het was extreem warm buiten en op de kamer dus ook zonder airco.
Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful...The beds were comfortable, communal areas bright and attractive.
I checked in late with a family and only recieved one key card from self check in, this was a little difficult to keep lights on when another needed to leave the building...
Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.
Zimmer war nicht sauber geputzt. Staubablagerungen auf liegenden Flächen und am Boden. Nach Rückmeldung an der Reception wurde uns ohne zu zögern eine Rückzahlung von Fr. 100 auf den Übernachtungspreis ausbezahlt. Die Dame an der Reception hatte volles Verständnis und war sehr bemüht um Wiedergutmachung.
Sehr toller Service und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt einfach.
