Te roban tus pertenencias en la habitacion

Nos robaron un anillo de casamiento en la habitación del hotel, fuimos a desayunar en el hotel y cuando volvimos nos encontramos que no estaba mas el anillo, habían entrado a hacer la habitación en ese momento . Bajamos a la recepción para hacer el reclamo y fuimos muy mal tratados por el personal del hotel sobre todo con la persona de seguridad que nos dijo "solo a los argentinos" nos pasa. Pasamos 2 dias enteros sin tener novedades del tema para finalmente decirnos que no lo encontraron y quedaban a la buena disposición de la persona que entro a limpiar para ver si lo tenia o no. Lamentablemente muy mal manejado por parte del hotel y un muy mal trato hacia nosotros.

Nao gostei q comprei um quarto luxo triplo e me colocaram em um quarto duplo paguei por triplo luxo fiquei num duplo outra coisa q nao gostei foi o funcionário do room serviço cobrar pix no particular dele 10% do serviço...dos 3 funcionários so um cobrava pix a parte.
Qto ao downgrade aguardando manifestação do hotel após reclamacao.

A limpeza dos quartos não é muito boa. Banheiro principalmente. As tomadas do quarto não funcionaram, secador de cabelo obviamente também não, pois não funcionava a tomada.
