Pros:

Excelente ubicación y vistas al mas increíbles. Buena cama. Buen tamaño de habitación, cómoda, espaciosa, buena TV, moderna. Buen alhajamiento e iluminación.

Cons:

El mal olor en recepción así como en las instalaciones bajo Planta principal. Se rompió el frigobar y no lo repararon, eso le baja puntuación. El desayuno por momentos era un caos, demoraba mucho la reposición de cosas elementales. Ascensores no 100% operativos con 100% de ocupación es inaceptable.

Super escasso o número de funcionários em um café da manhã. O café da manhã não comportava a quantidade de hóspedes, faltava café ☕️, frutas, pães, sucos... não tinha vazão.

Foi boa pela infra estrutura, mas a comida precisa melhorar muito.

Cons:

O restaurante deixa a desejar nas refeições como almoço e jantar. Refeições mal preparadas, alimentos crus, sem tempero, sem gosto. Pedimos o camarão empanado e veio cru, gosto de farinha crua e sem tempero, pedimos tbem filet mignon com legumes e os legumes estavam praticamente crus, duro em sem gosto de nada. Sem contar o valor alto demais.
Sem atendimento no bar da piscina, por duas vezes estivemos na piscina e não tinha ninguém pra atender no bar.

Local bom, funcionários educados, áreas comuns deixou a desejar.

Gostei da localização, pessoal da recepção e restaurante muito educados.

Cons:

O único ponto são as áreas comuns, Sauna não funcionou, jacuzzi, sem condições, e não havia funcionários para nos ajudarmos no local.
