Noisy rooms if you dont have a top floor
Pros:

Good location but its noisy. The floors literally shake as you walk. We thought the person above us was doing a workout. Turns out the floors literally shake and vibrate if you move. You speak to reception who claim ignorance as if they've never heard of this before yet several people at breakfast were also saying the same thing. Reception promised to send maintenance to take a look which never happened.
We requested to move room and were lied to and told that there was none available despite there being several available to book via the Hiltons own website. Not impressed for that reason. Wouldn't return

Nice hotel, skip the breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is nicely centrally located. The front desk staff was very warm and cordial. Very surprised that they did not have a tap to pay option for check in. A colleague had her card with her. The room was a bit small but very clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower was a 7 out of 10. I opted at the time of booking for the breakfast buffet option at $28. What a disappointment. There were less food options than the complimentary breakfast offered at other Hilton properties like Hampton Inn or Embassy suites. A couple fruit options, cold eggs, not very appetizing. You had the “option” of ordering additional items not included in the so called buffet. Maybe that was the ticket. The area was clean, safe, and it served the purpose for one night.

Great service and good food
Pros:

I’ve been coming here for over a year every 2 weeks. The restaurant has vey good food. The service is always 10 out of 10. I’m on the road a lot and Greg makes me feel like family. Great way to end a week.
