Loved the location. There are restaurants nearby but the Kitchen restaurant in the hotel is very good. There is lots of parking.
The ADA bathroom had a tub instead of a shower with a bench.

The parking was easy and a quick elevator ride to check in. Check in went smooth, the ladies at the desk were very polite and helpful. The room was perfect for our needs and comfortable. A short walk to lots of shops and food.

Our room refrigerator broke and was leaking water. The staff was great, they offered to clean it up but we declined as we were only staying one night.

Most of the staff was polite and willing to assist. The location was great. The desk manager who checked us out was very kind and helpful.
First employee we had contact with at the front desk had a bad attitude and was not very helpful in explaining things. The bed was hard. Furniture looked worn. Area rug looked dirty and worn. Shower door leaked all over the bathroom floor. The charging of $25 per day for parking located under the hotel, is ridiculous.
This hotel is lovely in every way. I stay here (Burbank location) every time I come to the area. The staff (every single person) is friendly, helpful, more than willing to accommodate every need. Denise - my waitperson in The Kitchen this morning - couldn’t have been nicer and was a bright spot to the start of my day.
The rooms are spacious, immaculate and comfortable - the mattresses are perfect and the linens soft and clean. The bathrooms are stocked with quality soap, body lotion and wash, shampoo and conditioner. The towels are plush and plentiful.
Finally, the location is in a pretty, tree-lined walkable area with small cafes and shops with just a few blocks. Five star in my book!
Great location -walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Ikea, other eateries. Our room 272 was farthest from the elevators & exposed to noise from pool pump and outdoor patio noise below.
Front desk was courteous & helpful & followed up with TP request. Access to filtered water in fitness room was a great plus.

My friends and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for our Universal Fan Fest nights trip. Aiden at the front desk was super wonderful and accommodating. We had a bunch of costumes we had to get into and he was able to early check us in to a room and answered all of our questions. Thank you for making our stay memorable Aiden! You are the best!

I had a confirmed booking at Hilton Garden Inn Burbank LA, made via Trip.com. When I arrived on April 8, the front desk refused to let me check in, stating the hotel was overbooked. I was forced to walk for 10 minutes with multiple pieces of luggage to another property – Hotel Burbank – a hotel I did not choose or book.
The next day (April 9), Hilton Garden Inn contacted me with no prior written notice and demanded that I move back to their hotel immediately. I was in the middle of a work conference call and could not simply repack all my belongings on the spot. The request was rude, unexpected, and completely disruptive.
To make matters worse, Hilton Garden Inn cancelled my booking without my consent and refused to issue a refund, citing their cancellation policy. This is absurd — I never cancelled. They refused me at check-in, walked me to another hotel, and then penalised me for their own overbooking.
