Wonderful hotel right on the boardwalk!
Pros:

Hotel staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast are always wonderful. Very clean hotel and we love the location of being right at the boardwalk. This is the second time staying here and we will definitely be back again!

Perfect location
Pros:

The location was perfect. Parked my car and never moved it because everything was within walking distance. Room was comfortable, staff was so nice. Tiki bar was a great amenity a couple steps away from the pool.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was really low. Breakfast wasn't ideal...theres 2 large waffle irons and 1 mini waffle iron (makes 4 small waffles).. one guest hogged 2 waffle irons to make waffles for his whole family. So there was a line building up. Waffle mix dispensers both broke so a staff member had to stand there and scoop out batter for each guest. (With gloves of course). And juice dispenser was out of orange juice :(

We loved our stay but the weekends are crazy crowded!
Pros:

We loved the location with an easy walk to practically everywhere we needed to go.

Cons:

Parking in the area can be a challenge. Only one vehicle per room so if you are double booking with out of town friends or family be sure to carpool.

Pros:

Great location on the beach and boardwalk. Quick access to arcade and carnival rides. Great pig restaurant and ice cream and candy store

Cons:

Out of ice a lot. Furniture is in need of replacement or redone

Pros:

Location and staff and overall a decent stay

Cons:

The room door wouldn't lock and had to wait while someone reprogrammed the lock.
Parking was a problem a few of the days. No open spaces and you still get charged $10 a day to park
