ثانيا / وقت صلاة الفجر وانا نائم يوم الجمعة 10 أبريل انطلق تنبيه يطلب المغادرة من غرفة الفندق وعدم استعمال المصعد وخلال مغادرتنا انا وزوجتي الغرفة شاهدت عدد من النزلاء وهم مفجوعين اتصلت بالاستقبال استفسر إلى أين اتجه وتم الرد بأنه لاداعي للخروج تنبيه خاطئ
ثالثا / كانت هناك رائحة كريهة في الحمام أثناء دخول الغرفة حيث قمت باستعمال المعطر
