Enjoyed it
Pros:

We couldn’t find a hotel in Wimbledon Village we went to watch the tennis. This was the most newest and reasonable that we could find and we enjoyed our stay.

Good venue for a short stay to visit family
Pros:

Great quiet location near the river but also very close to the railway station.
Friendly attentive staff . Nice buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Poorly lit room. Patchy room service . Shower drain partially blocked by previous guests hair.

O experiență îngrozitoare. Nu recomand nimanui sa faca aceasta alegere si mai ales daca au totusi o problema sa apeleze

Camerele foarte mici . Nici nu ai unde sa-ti pui bagajele. Nu au jici macar un racitor in camera.

Cons:

Personalul de la receptie fara nici un pic de empatie.
Mi-au repartizat o camera cu aerul conditionat defect la ultimul etaj.
Personalul de la receptie stia -Gabriela,si nu mi-au oferit nici o solutie decat sa astept pana a doua zi sa execute reparatia. Am plecat la ora 21 din hotel incasand tot disconfortul de cautare a altui hotel la acea ora.

Great friendly staff and location. One off issue, but it happens and was dealt with well.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Good location with parking nearby. Restaurant was good and breakfast good also. Rooms are a good size and well decorated. Would stay again.

Cons:

Aircon was not working. Had a terrible night as the rooms was baking. 3 times we asked them to turn it up only to find it was broken. Got moved to another room in the morning, but was too late as we only stayed one night.

Don’t care if your a lifetime diamond member and up sell drinks
Pros:

We have stayed here three times in the last year. One of us is a lifetime diamond member and the others are gold and silver Hilton honours members. On two occasions the life time member received no benefits at all. The gold and silver members on all three occasions received drinks vouchers but not the life time members.

The hotel does cccktail promotions but never has all the ingredients for them. Also during every stay they run out of white wine and gin etc for forcing you to buy more expensive versions, sharp practice!

They even ran out of orange juice for breakfast!

Explanation for their failures is we had events booked in, but clearly don’t prepare ahead for the events.

Tried speaking to GM but the front of house manager won’t let you. They said they would look into concerns but two weeks later no response
