Location was excellent

Cons:

Room cleaning and towels should not have to be an option in service!! It should be the default service with an opt out if the customer wishes.

parking arrangements leave a bit to be desired, view from the room was dismal, but that's just the location I guess

Staff were excellent

Cons:

"hot" breakfast was cold every day.
Rooms no longer get changed or serviced. There is a card in the room which says the rooms gets done every three days which didn't happen. Queried this at reception and was told only when you ask for it. Not great when the room only has one toilet roll and two coffee pods for a five night stay.
