Pleasant chalet hotel in great location. Some facilities below our expectations..
Pros:

The location, surround balcony and mountain views were superb. Breakfast (included in our booking) was good and staff were attentive and friendly.

Cons:

The billed ‘super-fast broadband’ did not apply in rm 4 where, in-fact, we couldn’t get a reliable WiFi signal at all. This was exacerbated by flakey mobile data inevitably because of the terrain. (This mattered to us because we monitor elderly parents over broadband).

Whilst the room furnishings were to a high standard, there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Not even bottled water. It was disappointing that water and hot drinks were only supplied in the breakfast area at costs you would expect to pay in cafes or bars.

Superbe chalet et bon accueil
Pros:

Très bel hôtel et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le parking est tranquille et nous avons pu mettre notre moto dans 1 garage fermé.

Cons:

Il faisait chaud et la clim aurait été la bienvenue.

Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel für 2 Tage zur Durchreise genutzt, und es war eine guter und unkompliziert organisierter Zwischenstop. Die Zimmer sind renoviert und sehr sauber, das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist toll. Man kann direkt loslaufen und die Gegend erkunden. Unser Hund hat sich auch wohlgefühlt.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in guter Lage. Wir würden das Hotel gerne wieder besuchen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, und die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind sehr praktisch. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.
