Pros:

The Petite Hotel Gracey is basic; it did not have a chair or table in our bedroom and the pillows are very thin. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast and dinner (Jingisukan lamb and chicken) were tasty and generous.

Pros:

特に良いところはなかった。　部屋は普通、ゴミ箱にビニール袋が設置されていなかった

Cons:

泊まったのは別棟の離れの2階だった、バス、トイレが狭かった。　TVは見られるものの地デジ、BS、地上波は見られないためニュースや天気がわからなかった。

Pros:

Breakfast and Dinner included plan and both of them were good.
Restaurant staff were very kind and caring.
Location is very close to Tomamu mountain view.

Cons:

insects were found inside the room.
Don`t know why but Hotel did not allow us to use A/C during our stay in April
Was bit expensive compared with other hotels in Muroran, Otaru, and Shin-Chitose areas.
