It was nice and a nice location

Cons:

There was a staff member that was not nice. They were rude from the get go. We got there 15 mins before check in time and she was very rude to us about it. Then tried to tell us that the room type I purchased (over a month ago) were sold out. Tried to give us a handicap room that I did not reserve, for a reason. She was cussing and yelling at us because we did not want to stay in a handicap room that we did not reserve. Another girl had to come take over since she was being so rude to us. She would not take her AirPod out of her ear, I could hear her music on her AirPod over what she was saying while talking. She treated us very poorly. All over showing up 15 minutes before check in time. Which by the way, we had zero problem waiting the 15 minutes for rooms to be ready. I have never in my life checked in to a motel and been treated the way she treated us from the moment we stepped in to the lobby. We were not rude. I did get rude, after she was rude to me first. I had paid for 2 rooms. It was almost $400 and we were there literally less than 24 hours. I didn’t care about cost. I cared about being treated with respect. None of that happened until another girl took over our check in and our reservation. Even then, one of our rooms had to be changed from a double queen suite to a regular king room and I’m sure there was a price difference but I was never refunded the money. It is not my fault that the motel was overbooked but I sure was treated like I was the one that made the mistake. I will never be staying here again, and I travel to salt lake a lot from northern Nevada.

Pros:

The staff was really nice the price was amazing compared to other places I have stayed. The breakfast was hot and fresh and tasted delicious with so many options to choose from

Nice & friendly staff. Clean room!
Pros:

We had a great experience. Staff was very friendly. The ice was gone every time we tried to get it due to soccer teams there. Had trouble with toilet flushing but overall nice stay.

Cons:

Staff, clean room & lots of parking for our trailer.

Probably wouldn’t stay again because there are too many other nicer ones in the area.

Rooms are tiny. Much smaller than most Fairfield’s or similar
Water pressure was terrible in shower
Beds are very uncomfortable and new mattresses needed.
